Extra Space Storage

My experience has been great. I am so pleased. I have had my storage for the pass 6 or 7 years. Very helpful and nice. I love it that they come by and check on me when I’m there a long time. That’s good customer service.

I searched for a unit size that would be perfect for me and a price I would also be comfortable paying.

Andrew returned my call inquiring if he could be of any assistance and I told him I was actually on my way down to check out the unit.

When I got there I was greeted by Andrew he was very friendly very helpful and very informative!

I’ve rented from several different storage units in the past 10 years and have found this particular location to be outstanding! I love the customer service Andrew provided And the location and cleanliness of this place fits my needs perfectly.

Extra Space Storage has been very easy to rent a unit or two and very easy to maneuver the carts in and out of the building to unload. They keep the place very clean and Andrew has been so friendly and helpful! And did I mention how affordable they are

Extra Space Storage on San Pedro near Brook Hollow is absolutely the place to choose if you are running out of space for your stuff at home, or if your current storage space pricing is ridiculous!! Melissa and Andrew understand customer service and made renting a storage space completely effortless. Their attention to detail made renting and moving in a pleasure!! The facility is awesome!! The halls are very well lit and the building is spotless inside and out! The rental rates are great!! I wish I had changed storage companies years ago!!

Service exceeds far beyond expectation, I have had alot going with my move and I felt anxious and overwhelmed and just all over the place but every time I walk in for help both Melissa and Andrew have been so helpful with what I need but also helped me to remember to breath. They were very patient and kind I had a unit and everything done in less than 15 mins highly recommend this location to anyone

There is this one employee by the name of Andrew, I don't know his last name but he is "extremely" patient with other customers besides me. I actually go inside to make my rental payments just to deal with him. He is a valuable assets to your company.

Beyond great customer service from beginning to end. You can tell they really care about their tenants because they facilities are kept clean and their security system is user friendly and top notch.

Have had a great experience here, especially with staff. Andrew Ibarra has been helpful and friendly over the phone to answer all my questions.

Am renting here for the first time. Was impressed w/ the cleanliness of the facility, ease of access, and security seems good. Andrew was very helpful, patiently answered my millions of questions, showed me different-sized units, and walked me through everything, including making sure I was comfortable working the lock on my unit. The next day as I moved a few things in, Andrew and James were both there and both very helpful; very grateful for the carts provided at the facility! Just wish it were a little less costly and am a bit concerned about other reviews mentioning rate increases after just a few months, so I guess we’ll see how that goes, but pleased so far!
