This is definitely my go to place to eat. I love how nice they are and if you ever have a question on something they’re always willing to help explain what the foods are on the menu. The Birria tacos here are amazing and one of my favorite orders is the tortas de milanesa and the rice and beans. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order there!!

By far the best Mexican food we had in North Texas. Hands down! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend it…

Great food! We had the tacos, torta, and the bowl. The bowl won hands down! It was really big too. Second best was the Tortabirria. Everything was good. Note: the Tortabirria does have beans on it. Also don’t miss the ice cream and popsicles.

First time trying this place!
I think the heart birria taco concept was very cute for Valentine’s Day.
The tacos and aguas frescas were really good. The mini pancakes are a must try!😍

Easily and unquestionably the best taqueria in the area. The birria tacos are perfectly made and some of the foods/snacks they sell are difficult to find east of El Paso. Lastly; the service is as wonderful as the food.

The birria tacos were the best I've ever had! The restaurant closes at 7pm.

Called this place last week to confirm what time they usually close and the lady who answered said 8 (that's what i thought i heard). Got there at 6.58pm , thinking the place would still be packed with people. Unfortunately they were closing but the owner still accepted my order after hearing that this was a 20 minute drive for me. I had to wait like 15 minutes but she made these amazing tacos for me. I'd definitely recommend this place and the birria tacos to all taco lovers out there.

Best tacos in Princeton!! They have the best Birria tacos and they’re always made hot and fresh. They add to the restaurant as well in the past few months. They now have more snacks and desserts as well. There’s even a foosball table. The people are very nice as well.

The only reason this is getting five stars is because I can't give one million stars! This place has phenomenal food and I can not wait to take friends and family back for more!

I got the Al Pastor tacos because I love them and these were unbelievably good. The meat was juicy but crunchy from the Trompito and seasoned to perfection. Sweet, spicy, and so juicy! 😋 I have an Al Pastor taco tattooed above my heart. That's how much I love that style of taco. I've been to the Al Pastor and Big Red competition in San Antonio and I can tell you with out a moment of hesitation that these ones are in my top three of all time. Superbly made.

Then came the Quesobirria... Dear Lord, I wish I had prepared better for this. The Birria meat is so tender and spicy and the tortilla of the quesodilla is bright orangish red from taking a bath in the super delicious juices from the birria stew meat. I've had other places attempt at Birria. It is the "It" dish right now in Latino food. I imagine that this is what all those other places are going for but are missing the mark. Again, it is mind-blowingly fantastic. I was kicking my foot and moaning while I ate it. This was not voluntary.

The Molè salsa was also outrageously good and a scrumptious surprise in addition to the more traditional, but just as expertly prepared, green salsa. The molé was so complex and rich and was the perfect addition to the tacos and quesodilla. I'd never think a salsa that takes so much time and work to produce would be given as a side to dip your tacos and such into. Brilliant!

My only regret is that I didn't bring enough cash to get a charro-split icecream but now I know next time to save space in my stomach and to bring a date. They have a full dessert bar with mini pancakes, icecream, malts, banana splits and some stuff I didn't even know existed. It's outrageous!

I can see why this is quickly becoming a hot spot for lunch and quick dinner in the Princeton/McKinney area. If you're driving in from McKinney or Farmersville it is well worth the trip!

DELICIOUSO!

Their birria tacos and quesadillas are absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best, most flavorful meat I’ve ever had in a taco, with a mind-blowing flavor composition- I will say the gravy is pretty salty, but that’s what I adore about it, the seasoning is on pointé! They’re loaded to the max as well, they absolutely don’t skimp you out at all, and being an old gas station their drink selection is ENORMOUS (and happens to pair remarkably well with ginger ale.) I have yet to try the ice cream, but they’ve got a ridiculously huge list of offerings, and next time I visit my parents we’re DEFINITELY getting it again.

This place is amazing!! Birria is possibly the best I’ve ever tasted! Me and two other large men couldn’t finish the birria pizza despite our best efforts.

Yummy food, and great service! You can eat in the restaurant or take it to go.
I got the birria quesadilla on a flour tortilla, and tacos. They also have multiple desert options, I got the churros. Delicious and affordable!

Everything on the menu here is incredible and authentic. Berria tacos are supposed to be "greasy" but it's because of the broth. So it's not actual grease. Best tacos in collin county. The people making the food are very friendly and kind. I hope more people can appreciate this place so that it stays here. 🙏

Thank you Trompitoz

They serve elotes and sopes! Two Mexican dishes that are very hard come across in my opinion. Overall great food would recommend to anyone in the area
