Oak Hills Specialt Pharmacy

I had been searching for a pair of chrome bandage removal "angled" scissors not straight scissors. Previously I did find and buy a pair (not chrome) at CVS, but they were surprisingly really hard to open and close especially since my hand arthritis has worsened. So I returned that pair and kept looking and calling. Finally....I found Oak Hills Medical Building Pharmacy on the first floor behind the Methodist Hosp. Nice little pharmacy. Has lots to look at so bought a few birthday cards, too. The Pharmacist and the clerk were very knowledgeable and helpful with a smile and chuckle. Good customer service. My chrome scissors are easier to open and I'm happy that I found them. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Called to get info, on what I was looking for. The lady that answered was nice and informed me well. When I went, they were attentive and welcoming.

This pharmacy in the Oak Hills building has the same folks at the counter for 10 years same pharamcist owner for 31.

Always great service!

Hubby was supposed to receive his meds on Friday, and it's Sunday with no meds. His last pill is tonight.
Very disappointed!!!!

Spent an hour on their website yesterday making an appointment for a vaccine. Went this morning at the scheduled time. The address given was the satellite pharmacy. Went to this location where there was a sign on the door stating that due to staffing shortages to go to the main pharmacy. Went to the main pharmacy where there was a sign on the door stating that due to staffing shortages go to the satellite pharmacy. Called the number and was told I would have to leave a message and have someone call me back. They do not answer their phones, have a service. Left a message at 0900 this morning, it is now 5:30 PM and no return call. Stay far away from this pharmacy, normally like to support small business but if they are run this poorly go to a chain.

Waited for belt an hour . The manager seemed irritated by the customer asking question she rolled her eyes

I had a medicine prescribed , ready to pick up at this pharmacy for a 2 months old baby, and I arrived half an hour before the end of their bussiness hour, the door is closed , they are all left.
This is serious! It's about human life, its not a restuarant or boutique that you can close anytime you want. People depend on you. You get paid to stay until the last minute. Not to leave early on FRIDAY, when you are closed for next couple of days and doctor office is closed as well.
This is total irresponsibility.
I had to run from work just to get here on time. And I have a job not dealing with human's health and I even don't leave early on my own preference.
This is really irresponsible and not forgivable under any condition! When you are in medical field, and people rely on you, you have to stick to your desk instead of leaving to have fun on some friday night.
I make sure that I gonna make this complain heard. This is not something I can let go. If it was anything else, it didn't matter as much as it matters now.
