Great customer service. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They push for quality products and ensure their customers understand what they're seeking to purchase/what their goals are. Only supplement store I've been to where its employees have an in depth knowledge of their products and the ability to breakdown and explain ingredient lists, rather than pushing the generic name brands that most people are familiar with. I moved out of state years ago and continue to buy from there.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Great selection of all vitamins and proteins but their customer service and passion to help people with their nutritional goals is unprecedented!

I really believe Cost Plus Nutrition is the #1 Health Store in San Antonio. The staff is Customer Oriented, the facilities are Clean and Well Maintained and I've been using their products ... Supplements, Vitamins, Essential Oils and a host of other nutritional goodies for over 20 years.

More importantly, I can call and ask about an item and if they don't have it in stock, they will have it in the store in 48 hours ... thanks Zachary Williamson (Zach). Pssss, this guy is great!

I have been going to CostPlus for a number of years now. Always, always great customer service that has gone above and beyond consistently. I have referred all my friends, family and even strangers to CostPlus. On several occasions they have even shipped product to family and friends and they received it speedy quick. I love that I can buy my essential oils, too, and that they have their own version of Thieves, which is really keeping my parents on a very healthy note. One time I was in a pinch for some product and called them near closing and the employee waited for me at the door and got me in and out, in about 2 mins. They have made life so much easier and I am very grateful to this conscientious, professional, and caring company and all their staff at all their locations!!

Today was my first time going and i must say, I was blown away with the selection. The staff is very knowledgeable on all levels of nutrition. Justin is the guy that helped me out and he had lots of good information on the products I was interested in. He went out of his way to go into further details about the products and that's how you win over a long time customer. Thanks again Justin.

The staff are very well trained, this store is the local “learning center/training store” and the manager really knows a great bit about all of their products. Efficient, friendly and ultra-competent staff. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Went there on 10/27 and zspoke to justin about memory enhancement supplements. Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly. The other guy i spoke withat first was very nice and made me a pre workout drink right when i told him that was going to the gym in a bit. Sorry guy! I forgot your name, but he was really nice. I was treated like family once i stepped foot in cost plus. Justin also didnt try to push the exepense supplements and was really honest about starting me off with the basic supplements and see where it goes from there. i will be coming back for more supplements in the near future

I love this place. They have just about any supplement you could possibly need to get healthy. The people are so knowledgeable and so helpful. I always get just what I need. Give them a try, you won't disappointed.
