Farmers Insurance - R Curt Feagin

Curt's a great guy and he's local. We switched our insurance over when we moved out here, and it was a good move. I've never had a question he was too busy to answer or an issue he wouldn't work hard to clear up. Curt's also easy to find around Melissa, involved in the school and his church. Farmers has been great, in our experience. I'd highly recommend seeing if he can help you out!

Not customer friendly. For background, we have been with farmers for well over two decades. I pay my vehicle insurance every 6 months for several vehiclesrather than monthly. Called to cancel one of the vehicles 2 months after my last renewal because I no longer own the vehicle. They even charged for the full month of December rather than prorated for a vehicle I no longer own because I had to wait until Monday Dec. 4 to call them to cancel. The refund I got back for the remaining 3 months is $52. Sounds absolutely crazy. Apparently, they overcharged to decrease the refund amount. When I called to inquire about it, they were very unhelpful. Very disappointed
