So many parts of my deal were complicated. It was contingent, there was a very short escrow period and the company was having a technical issue right when we went under contract. I cannot believe how professional and expedient this title company was. They had back ups to back ups to make sure my clients were well cared for, safe, and their contractual obligations were met. EVERY title company should go above and beyond the way that this company did. Thank you to Leslie and Mike and their whole staff for getting the job done right and on time.
