Very easy to reserve and pay online. Very clean facility and well organized! Had to reserve a larger unit versus the two smaller units that worked better for my items. Called after hours to the toll free number and they annotated the information for the facility staff. They said they would call me back to finalize the removal of the two smaller units that I didn't use. Can't be more satisfying than that!

This was my first time renting a storage unit and Traci was so kind and patient with all my questions. She made this process very easy for me!

The management made the process smooth and easy. The property is very clean and well maintained.

Clean and well managed storage. The buildings are very secure, requiring a code, universal lock and one can add an additional lock for triple security. Location is centrally located to meet our needs, and one can easily upgrade or down grade storage space size. We have used this location for quite some time.

The facility was clean and well maintained, the managers were always available and helpful. Reserving a unit was super simple and all on-line. Accessing the units was simple, no complex codes or gates to manage. Payments were easy. Would definitely recommend and use again, if needed in the future.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and orderly. The price was also right to since I got a 50% discount. The units were easy to access and carts were on hand for easy moving.

This place has been amazing .Traci called me the next day after I made my reservation which I made overnight to set up a time for me to come in and also answer any questions that I had. When I finally made it to the location Dave and Loryn where very friendly I was greeted promptly and gave me top notch service from start to finish. I love how clean the spaces where and how clean the facility is and it seems very secure. Would definitely recommend this facility. Moved out but if I ever needed a storage again would return!!

Never had any issues and loved that each door and elevator required a pin so you could keep track of who was entering the building.

The staff is very friendly! Renting a unit was extremely quick and easy.

We just moved into an apartment in the Rim area of San Antonio and needed some space for our extra belonging. Found this to be the closest and most convenient facility in the area. Brand new and very clean and safe... staff were very helpful in helping us pick a unit. We picked an air conditioned drive up unit .. first one of that type that we had ever seen .. which is super convenient. And we can open it with an App on our phones! so no keys no locks .. Love it!!

Staff! Dave & Traci are both excellent. I will be back and I will refer others, as I have already... and the biggest reason is because of Dave and Traci. Great location and technology, but the people make the difference!!

Unfortunately I used Public Storage prior to moving to CubeSmart. CubeSmart was easier to navigate, cleaner and ALWAYs had carts available.
