When you are getting ready to move..Stop by the U-haul store instead of dumpster driving for boxes. Yes everyone wants to save money but you waste a lot of time when you should be packing..Great boxes and wrapping paper.

I had a great experience renting a truck from them. Although the truck needed a lot of work, they were very accommodating in allowing me to rent it for more hours. The price was also very affordable for the value. Great job!

Excellent job by manager and the man who did our paperwork. We downsized the needed trailer, very gracious about that, and best of all they open at 7 so we could get an early start. Well done, guys!

Looking to get a hitch installed on my jeep. I wanted to go to a truck accessory type of shot but settled on uhaul. So glad I went to uhaul because the hitch came out great! Wires are perfect too!

I have been a customer of this location a number of times. I've bought boxes, tape, rented a trailer, and I've rented two trucks. They are awesome. I've bought too many boxes and tape and have had no problem return the excess. I've returned a truck after hours and have had zero problems. I highly recommend.

Efficient, professional, friendly. This is how you want your exchange to go. In and out, we reserved online two days before and showed up on time for pickup. With a line, of other online reservations in front of us, we were out in less than 10 minutes.

Fast service, very polite, helpful employees. They fixed my electrical connection for the brake lights and tail lights in 10 minutes or less. I always go to this shop off Vance -Jackson. They are my favorite shop in town. I hope they are there forever.🙏😁

Fast in and fast out, for the most part. Truck had a pretty large screw lodged in the passenger side tire, but they swapped the vehicle out quickly. Parking can be a challenge at this location, so I just find any random spot the car fits and hope for the best.

Uhaul has the best moving boxes. They last forever as long as you store them in dry spaces. They have handles and are easy to assemble. The wardrobe boxes are awesome. Clothes on hangers straight from the old closet to the box; to the new closet.

The wardrobe boxes I purchased 8 years ago were like new when I used them again for my recent move. I even purchased a few more since I had more items to clothes to move this time.

Chris Lama at the Vance Jackson location went above and beyond for us . We had bought all the wrong equipment and didn’t know how to put the trailer on . He helped us every step of the way and explained all safety requirements and tips. Going through a divorce is very hard and it was comforting to find a good , friendly , patient person like him today . He made the transition a lot easier than expected because we had no idea how we were going to hook up the trailer . I definitely recommend this store and especially Chris ! He is respectful and patient . U-Haul you should be honored to have him ! Thank you again !

Lem beyond excellence this gent is a people person He did an excellent job fast and courteous. Both checking in and out. Uhaul you better do good for this diamond gem of an employee. Fast, friendly, professional service at very affordable prices. Easy to request what you need in advance or on the day of the move. We've used U-haul before in an out of town move, an out of state move & an across town move, all of them have been easy to set up & execute. We definitely love U-haul & will use their services again if the need arises.

Went to rent a truck twice in this location. Nice people and very helpful.

Very Professional. Keep your receipts because sometimes when returning trucks they will forget what was spoken. Other than that Great place to Rent..

This is actually a really good U-Haul store to go get your U-Haul truck from they also have a lot of packing supplies and you're moving Essentials dollies for rent you can also get trucks and pretty much everything you need to move not too expensive for a truck at least to move out of a 1-bedroom not too far from your current location
