AT&T Store

Had a very good experience purchasing my Apple Watch at the Vance Jackson location . Caro was very helpful setting everything up for me. I will be returning if I need anything else because I was treated in a very professional way. Both Evette and Sam were also super welcoming.

This was my first time here. I just got an iPhone (not here) and I got a promo for 40%off on cases and chargers. I went to this location because the promo it’s not honored on authorized retailers and this is a corporate location. As soon as you get there you can see and feel the difference on customer service. Crystal was very polite and attentive to open the front door for me, and to take care of my needs. It’s like having your personal assistant throughout your visit. Not only I got the 40% off but I also got an item for free. It’s clear that at this store they go above and beyond for their customers. The deco is on point and the store is neat and clean. Definitely coming back! Well done!

I felt very welcomed to the Vance Jackson location by Larry. He was very helpful getting me the Apple Watch I’ve been wanting to get. Thank you for all your help Larry!! 😊

Americo was a great sales rep and went above and beyond with his service! We ran into an issue when purchasing my phone and he didn’t relent until he solved the issue! The manager there (sorry, didn’t get his name) was also very polite and offered me a free case and tempered glass for the issues that I experienced. I will only be coming to this location. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin,
I took my phone to another AT&T store and it was not set up correctly by tech not once but twice!
I came back to my old neighborhood AT&T where I know the work is solid and they get it right the first time.
Americo is AMAZING. His knowledge and sorted out the errors from the initial set up, he is attentive and has outstanding customer service. From now on, whenever I need a ATT phone attended to or I am going to buy something, no service or store compares to this particular store. Grateful

I walked in the store and was helped right away. Everything was explained completely. All my phone information was transferred as well. Paperwork was explained and I was very satisfied. I was finished in less than an hour. Best experience I’ve had so far with AT&T.

So at the AT&T store off of Vance Jackson in San Antonio, Texas. Samantha Velasco was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently fixing my problem so I could get back to my office on time and inside of an hour…at the beginning of a holiday weekend mind you.
