Trina’s Fit Chick Tribe

Joined Texas Fit chicks in October of 2015 and have loved every minute. The workouts are different. The community and sisterhood you also gain is amazing! Trina is a great trainer and is wonderful at showing you modifications if something just isn't working for you. I would recommend Texas for Chicks to any woman looking for a ladies only workout program.

Trina is an amazing personal trainer, I finally found an outdoor workout class! This ladies outdoor workout experience is so genuine, the people make it worth coming to every week. Thank you Trina for providing training for all levels and changing up the activities each week!

I am coming up on my 3rd year with Texas Fit Chicks in Anna. I believe this is the longest I have actively incorporated exercise into my daily lifestyle. Trina is doing exactly what she was born to do and it shows. She makes all of us feel like we can do anything and is genuinely concerned about our well-being. She is dedicated to helping women achieve their goals whether it is losing a few pounds or just feeling better. Workouts are never the same and and they can be modified to fit anyone from a novice to an experienced athlete.
The best part about this group is the amazing support you receive from women who are just like you: mothers, daughters, sisters, grandmothers. We are all just trying to be the best version of ourselves. Texas Fit Chicks Anna is the perfect place to get it done.

Trina is amazing!! The experience is much more laid-back than a typical gym. You feel like part of a group at these workout sessions, much more fun than running the treadmill by yourself!

Trina is amazing.

It is rare to find someone that will make you feel you truly matters!! If you are worried you may not be able to do certain exercises, DO NOT WORRY, she will help you change the exercise just so you can do it as well..

Fun, variety, challenging and inclusive was how I felt as I tried her class this morning at 6AM, an hour seemed to pass by so quickly

She even have the cool hand towel with peppermint essential oil on them for you to get cool off, I call that good service :)
If you really want to get in shape in a fun way., get to know some ladies in anna, You will want to give her a try...
PS..... honestly I will never forget the pee wee herman exercise EVER....

One of the best decisions I made 3 yrs ago to join this group of ladies!!! The trainer Trina ..... is the best!! The perfect atmosphere if you are looking for a group of ladies to become great friends with and constantly encourage you!! We have walked along side each other they thick and thin !! Why wouldn’t you want this in your life as you become a healthier version of you !!
