Each animal I’ve taken here was treated with so much respect and was treated so well. Recently had to make the difficult decision to put one of my fur babies down. While I was a wreck throughout the whole process they were so kind and respectful. Then about a week later they sent the sweetest card with a hand drawn image of my sweet baby and kind messages from all of the staff. That touched me so much and was so unexpected. Truly a class act.

The vet always listens to what I have to say. Then he gives me options. My dog is not easy to work with, but he always treats her kindly. On our last visit I came to the vet on the wrong day and it was a Friday. He offered to see us and was not rushed during the whole procedure. He has cared for all of my cats and a previous dog with kindness and skill.

I love taking my pup to Cold Springs for all of his care, including his grooming. The loving care he receives is so reassuring. I have taken my pup to Cold Springs since we brought him home as a tiny pup from a rescue center - we will continue to take him there.

We had to put our sweet Maggie down after a large mass was found around her heart. The staff was so amazing and let us spend extra time with Maggie. They were so compassionate and caring and arranged for her cremation. We will continue to use CSAH for all our pet needs.

We love Cold Springs Animal Hospital!! They treat our fur babies with so much love and are so good to the fur baby parents!! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some extra love for their animals!! ❤

Always greatful to have drs see my pets! Saved my 18 year old solo / daschund /from the cooperhead bite! Besides the basset mix & tenacious border collies from the copperhead bites.bobby the bordercollie heeler resulted in seizures, which are pretty well controlled by the drs.the drs take the time to explain to us over necessary medical care. We ,like most, have come from a city to the country, so we appreciate their help.

They take CareCredit at this location, which truly helps cover care for my five dogs. They also have the lowest orthodontist prices around, so you’ll never have to compromise your pet’s overall care. The staff and doctors are very understanding and patient.

We just had Dr. Andrew Walker out to our ranch for a vet visit. He was professional and warm. He impressed us because during this first visit he spent more time listening than talking. He did an excellent job with our equine, and floated the teeth of a new horse.

He also took care of the needs of our small indoor pets, too. He gave them their shots and examined them with such kindness. Cracked a few jokes too, which always makes a vet visit more enjoyable.

But here is what makes him an exceptional vet. Our horse that had his teeth floated stopped eating. He was a bit swollen around the lips too. We called Dr. Walker at 8:30 in the evening and he was just as affable and kind as he was during the vet visit. He gave us instructions and put our minds at ease…but he also listened. My adult daughter was concerned and by taking the time to hear her, as well as give her his medical advice, her anxiety calmed right down. That is emotional intelligence.

Then…he called first thing one the morning to check on our horse! Seriously, what vet ever does that?! He’d spent time thinking about what caused the reaction too. In our case it was having a horse who is part draft horse. They can get edema due to the position of the neck during teeth floating.

That’s an exceptional, caring vet.

I drive from Mckinney to Cold Springs for both our dogs. Never had a bad experience. Always on time and expert vets .

They fit me in with my sick cat when my usual vet (should I say now former vet) would not. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the techs! They got my Reggie Wayne feeling better and will be taking care of Reggie & Troy moving forward!! Dr. Fazzino is amazing along with the entire staff, can't recommend them enough!!

We lost our beloved Golden (No-No) last week. Dr. Fazzino and his staff were so compassionate in this VERY difficult time for us. This is the only place we will take our fur babies.

These folks are always great w/my 4 dog!Am able to call ahead for any medication refills for them and they're very prompt in filling. Front desk staff always super busy....Attentive to all their clients 100% and polite to everyone no matter how busy it gets. Back staff amazing also and always makes my dogs feel at ease for a visit. Doc's are thorough and provide options for treatment. Love all these folks!

First, I appreciate that they are not enforcing their very own arbitrary mask mandate. The veterinarian and staff were great. The exam on Matilde was thorough, and the charges were fair. Wish they would consider doing International health certificates.

We started bringing our 4 dogs here and the staff have nothing but nice and very patient with our stubborn dog "Max" who came in with severe allergies and was flat out miserable. Through their expertise and attention to detail Max has never been happier and allergy free.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They answer all your questions the same day plus keep you updated and they stay in touch with you during after and threw out the year for your fur babies. They have taken well care of our babies over the years and we have brought them from babies to adult pets and never had a bad experience with them. They have helped send anything home we have needed or gave us exact information where we can get whatever we needed in those moments right away.

They treated my fur baby with so much love and attention. They showed me and my husband with Total respect.

I’m so grateful I found Cold Springs! My kitty was misdiagnosed from another local vet and wasn’t given many options. Within 30 seconds of talking to the receptionist at Cold Springs over the phone, she knew exactly what was going on with my cat and was able to get him seen as quickly as possible. We felt the warmth and intentionality from the Doctor the moment we walked in!
