Dr. Gage saved my precious dog's life 12 years ago when another vet ignored major problems. She and all her staff are professional and very compassionate towards the animal and owner. Very rare. I know this because after driving from Garland and or Dallas for several years I had no choice but to try closer vets. While any I have taken my dog to were acceptable none have come any where near the honesty, caring and concerns about affordability I experienced with Dr. Gage. Also, funny, but I was never told any Bordatela vaccine was required period, much less twice a year. Maybe, this person was told it would be required if the pet went to be boarded or groomed?

Our dog has been seeing Dr. Gage for 10 years. Dr. Gage and her staff are sweet and gentle with her. They are knowledgeable and focused on quality of life for the animals under their care. At the same time, they are sympathetic to the concerns of the pet owner such as price of care and wanting to hold on as long as possible to a beloved family member. Dr. Gage has always been honest with us while understanding our perspective. We trust her completely with our pet's care.

I met Dr. Gage for the first time today during an emergency situation after my regular vet suggested her clinic to me. I was having one of those days where everything that could go wrong, went wrong and the worst part of it all was my kitten, Batman, being injured. Dr. Gage took us in right away and quickly started trying to asses my cats condition. My poor kitten was very far from the best patient but, together Dr. Gage and her Vet Tech, Jose, patiently worked together to safely care for him. I am so impressed with this pairs teamwork and obvious love for their job. It's not about the money, or the business. We were all truly there in that room to make the best medial decision for my little guy. My day started off with everything going wrong but meeting Dr. Gage was the one thing I needed to have things start going right.

Dr Kendall is not only an outstanding Vet, but als o an ANGEL!!!....we were planning on putting our 17yr old Lab down , she wasn't eating, didn't know us, acting completely different than her old self!!...Dr Kendall came to our house and diagnosed that Molly was in pain, she just didn't show it, she prescribed some pain meds, and some medicated food....the next day she was back to her old self!!!...also, thanx Leslie for helping with Molly!!!

I do not recommend this vet. I don't want to speak ill of anyone, but I will say that this vet makes claims that are untrue regarding frequency of required vaccinations (for example Bortadella vaccines are to be given annually, she requires you do them every 6 months) and medication storage (she claims other pharmacies cannot be trusted to keep meds at proper temperatures). For these reasons would not take my pet back to her. I believe her policies on vaccinations and requirement that you must purchase medications from her clinic are simply to force her clients to buy their pets medications from her. It should be noted that her prices are nearly twice as high as any other vet or pharmacy in the area.

Run away from Running Paws.
Woke up to find our loved family pooch couldn't stand and was in so much pain. We called Running Paws at 8:15a.m. It's been 5hrs and no return call. We're not calling for a rabies shot. Our dog is in pain. Is this how a "Hospital" is supposed to be run? Obviously we've moved on to a vet that actually cares a little more.
