I was gifted with a gift card and so glad I was introduced to this place! Please be mindful that the wait is not going to be an in/out experience (it's not fast food), so if you're pressed for time come back when you have time to wait, or perhaps call your order in (if they allow that). They have so much stuff in here, and you just want to buy up everything!! I had to restrain myself! LOL!

I don't eat much pork, but I just had to try their smoked ham sandwich with the pepper jelly. It was soooo so good!! OMGosh!!! Lord's will next time I'll be trying their tomato bisque! These fiber rich honey cinnamon graham crackers were good as well! The chips were wayyyy too salty. This brand goes heavy on the salt. Sheesh! 🥴😵‍💫 I'll try the other brand next time. You get a cookie with your meal, I had the white chocolate cranberry. Yummers!! 😋🤤 I'll def be back! Great customer service and dope vibe! 👌🏽

A cozy delicious place for lunch! The sandwiches were so yummy, and the tomato soup is the my favorite. The market also has some great goods to purchase to take home.

Such a great place to shop around and have lunch. The restroom was very cute too.

Aesthetically pleasing space with a gift shop area and restaurant with seating in the back. The menu is limited, but the sandwiches and iced tea are excellent. A great place for lunch when shopping in McKinney.

Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, friendly people! Patina Green holds a special place in my heart! The Hickory Smoked Ham, Smoked Cheddar, Jalapeno Peach Jelly, Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough sandwich is a little peace of heaven! If I had to pick a sandwich to eat for the rest of my life this is it! I like to describe it as a “ sweet, sassy, delicious, sandwich with an attitude!” Lol

Love this place. The girls at the register are super sweet...
But I keep coming back for their sandwiches (they give you these free little chocolate chip cookies with the sandwich too).......I'm sorry starting daydreaming about their Smoked Ham/cheese w/jalapeño jelly sandwich!!
Go check it out no frills, just good food, cool people, chill atmosphere...oh and help local businesses and farmers while you're add it!!

Patina Green checks all the boxes. Friendly service, fabulous atmosphere, and delightful tasty food. I ordered two sandwiches. I ordered the famous Ham and Cheese Sandwich and the Vegie Sandwich. Both were unique and savory. Each sandwiche came with an complimentary cookie. I have to admit, I enjoyed the cookie moreso than the sandwiches. Maybe I just had a curse of the sweet tooth that day. Lol

Daily menu had a delicious roasted cauliflower sandwich and tomato basil soup. The ham and cheese sandwich and grilled cheese were great as well. The service was excellent and we loved the inside sitting area

Excellent sandwiches! My wife and I loved our lunch here. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. The owners are very kind and generous people as well.

Earthy, delicious hearth baked goods with plenty of flavor and toasty crunch. It is a relaxing escape for a pure tea with simple syrup, lovely lunch, cookie, and something from the refrigerated case to take home and enjoy later.

This place is so cute! Delicious food, friendly employees and is decorated so cute. I got the smoked ham sandwhich with some type of jalapeno jelly. Wow! It was amazing. My husband got the BLT and was equally as pleased. They give a small cookie with each sandwhich that was the perfect treat.

LOVE this place - but had to review just because I was cackling at the comment from the person who spent a weekend in jail trying to compare what he was fed to the sandwiches here. LOL. Enjoyed the Turkey Caesar sandwich yesterday! I love the chocolate they sell - I went to visit Wiseman House and omg so good.

Love this shop in Downtown McKinney! My favorite sandwich is the ham and cheese with jalapeño peach jelly. Yum! And I always have to pick up a few candles while I’m there! 🤍

Can't believe I haven't left these guys a review yet. This is one of our favorite spots on the square. They are always busy and for good reason!
My wife loves the cauliflower arugula sandwich and I'm a little more basic with the ham and jalapeno cheese. Neither disappoint.
I would definitely recommend the tomato bisque soup as well.

Great spot in McKinney. It’s obvious you have to try the brisket biscuit...but there’s so much more. This is a for sure destination here. Food, home decor...great stop. Don’t miss this when you’re in McKinney.
