Love this place. Come throughhhh
Vibes: the main is freshly grinding coffee, hip hop, chit chat. Plugs along the bench. Opens to an outdoor area which I love for the breeze.
The entrance side is quieter, for the studiers.
Outdoor area is probably popping in the summer but right now in November it’s peaceful.

They make four different blends in house and the espresso is a blend of them. Super friendly staff.

Also the plants are really healthy! They are producing offshoots (pups) which mean they feel safe enough not only to grow, but to make sister plants :)

This coffee shop is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. I have been here twice, and I enjoyed my time here both times. There are plenty of sitting areas, both indoors and outdoors. The covered outdoor sitting area is pet-friendly and has heaters and plug-ins if you want to do school work or hang out while you enjoy our coffee or food. My go-to drink from this place is an iced latte macchiato, and I have ordered their Nutella with strawberry waffles before. The waffle was okay, and it was overpriced. I don't recommend it if you want to get full from a food order. They have other options to choose from.

On a sunday it was pretty busy but still the service was reasonably quick. The tropical smoothie was delicious, espresso not so much, it wasn't a great tasting coffee. The place is really nice, relaxed, with tables both inside and outside to chill in a sunny afternoon. Prices for coffee are a little high compared to other coffee houses in the area, but enjoying your coffee sitting outside in the sun is worth it.

I stopped here for coffee and I have found a new happy place. Very cool setting to sit and get some work done and have great coffee. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. I didn’t get a pastry this time but they looked delicious. Definitely headed back!!

Had some time to spare so I stopped In after dropping my daughter at softball practice. Had a great little convo with the person taking orders, they recommended the chicken wrap with salsa, a MUST try, very delicious and the perfect amount of spice. Also had the iced Chai Latte, got it with the black coffee option because I love the spiciness. They have the cutest courtyard to enjoy your morning in. Highly recommend.

They have a a very nice patio sitting underneath some trees. They also have indoor sitting. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming. They shared a bit of their knowledge of their city for us tourist. The coffee was very well blended and refreshing.

Cozy, spacious, and lots of personality. This place is a little gem, and the lavender latte was very good. The coffee is roasted on site, which flavors the experience. There’s a lot of heart that goes into roasting, and you can feel it infused into the space!

A few weeks ago it was a very warm, sunny Tuesday morning and I wanted to grab some coffee and breakfast before driving back home to Chicago. I'd spent a weekend in STL with my friends and simply searched for highly-rated coffee shops nearby when I saw the photos for Northwest Coffee. I knew this was the place I needed to stop before my long drive.

I was actually shocked to see how many people were here on a weekday at 10 am, but that obviously means that this place was the right choice. I ordered a bagel with lox, an iced coffee with almond milk, and picked up a bag of Ethiopian coffee. I had to wait a liiiiittle longer than expected (~15-20 minutes) for the food and bag of coffee to be ground, but honestly that didn't bother me at all because the ambience, iced coffee, and sunshine on the patio tempted me to stay longer than I'd originally planned to.

A man was walking around and greeting people (including me!), stopping at tables, and just providing overall warmth to the atmosphere. The Strokes' latest album played over the speakers while a woman roasted coffee in a very cool, giant machine in the middle of the shop.

It was fortuitous that I found this place, and I now have the fantastic souvenir of enjoying many cups of coffee to come, from hundreds of miles away.

One of my favorite places. Consistently good coffee, great staff, and overall cool vibes. Easy to access, and parking is never an issue.

Unique place with several coffee roasting varieties available. Very friendly staff & owner. Short menu but delicious. I had a waffle with blueberries and a chicken sausage & cheese egg burrito.

My first time ordering here! I enjoyed my smoothie it was smooth and delicious! The breakfast sandwich was flavorful! I loved the customer service they were so welcoming and straight to the point! I will return.

This place had the coolest atmosphere and the coffee was amazing. I had a blackberry white mocha latte. I love that it's local and they give back to the community.

Tastefully roasted drip coffee, nice relaxing place to drink coffee. Didn't eat so no ranking food but good selection

Really solid coffee shop. The place is pretty massive but feels cozy like your local shop should. The staff is friendly and efficient. Tons of different seating options plus a big outdoor space where people bring their doggos. They even have printing!

This is from their new location within @Schnucks on 8650 Big Bend BLVD. got the pour over Mocha Java. Great service and I could taste the chocolate notes.

The baristas were so nice! Stopped on a cross country trip and they gave us local tips for walkable areas, parks, bars, etc. Great conversation, great coffee ¨̮

This is my favorite local coffee shop! The vibe is very cool! They are usually playing some nice music, and have a lot of seating. The staff is so sweet. It’s the perfect place to do homework, have a business zoom call or just hang out solo.

Got a takeout cappuccino and it was made perfectly. The beans were roasted exactly right and made it taste delicious.
