Michael was very easy to deal with, sent over my current policies and asked to get me a side by side comparison. He made sure to add on the riders to cover the things the base policy didn't automatically cover, and also made sure I had enough coverage due to the rising costs to rebuild my home in the event of a disaster. He also saved me significant money on my auto insurance!.

The insurance company is fine. I have flood insurance, and we had a flood. The insurance covered nothing due to a FEMA regulation that anything below the 1st floor elevation is not covered and our 1st floor is 5ft above ground, so the garage, the yard equipment and the hot tub, etc were not covered. I'm going to cancel the insurance.
