Walmart Pharmacy

This location on Custer Rd is a great pharmacy, not sure when these low ratings were made but I'm sure they were long ago. Laura and Eric (pharmacists) are great to work with and their assistants are quick to complete in-store prescription pickups. i appreciate these folks!

I was seen at near by Community Med Urgent Care this day. By the time I leave the urgent care and reach walmart parking lot, I already had received a text that prescription was READY!! that’s literally 1 mile n 5 minutes drive from urgent care to walmart pharmacy. I was amazed with their fast response. They’re always prompt in filling my prescriptions. I have lived in 3 different states and had my prescriptions filled at several pharmacy chains and stores. This is by far the BEST pharmacy I ever experienced in my life.

Staff are always courteous, kind, polite - everything - regardless of their days, volumes, call ins, or even dealing with challenging personalities of some customers. I never heard that they’re ever short staffed or overwhelmed-not just verbally but even non-verbal language they speak is phenomenal. I have been going to this pharmacy for 2-2.5 years now and I had CONSISTENT experience on each and every interactions!!

There was a time I had a child in my car. I couldn’t go inside to pick OTC cough medicine. I went to drive thru and requested them to pick up Robitussin for me and they did with no hesitation and no push.

Made an appointment for tdap, was able to also get my flu shot. Quick and painless. Like literally no pain. The pharmacy tech was amazing, never even felt the needle.

I have used this WalMart pharmacy for the past three years even though there are many other options closer to home. My experience is that if they are “slow” it is because they are providing quality care to each customer, taking time to answer people’s questions thoroughly and accurately. If I expect to receive personalized service, then I should be willing to wait my turn while those in front of me are served. My prescriptions have always been filled accurately. Once or twice they have been out of stock on something, but they have have always offered a reasonable solution.

Pharmacy technicians are kind and helpful and always answer the phone when I call with questions. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and helpful as well. And my prescriptions are cheaper here than anywhere else!

They are a bit slow but typically have better pricing than Walgreens and CVS.

Never had a problem here. Courteous staff, but I find in life most people will treat you courteous if you approach with a friendly disposition. These negative reviews are largely unjust. You are responsible for having your medications and refill times in order. The only time I have not gotten mine on time at this location is when the drugs are on back order, and that is the drug manufacturers issue not Walmarts.

I’ve never had any issues here and they try to help if something is up

Long wait .... terrible service .....problem using WalMart Pay at pharmacy

A very unprofessional pharmacy. I am going to change and take my business to a different location. Pharmacy techs are very rude when they pick up phone calls. Their calls get recorded, so management should listen to the conversations and rate their employees. They do not state their names and when the patient asks additional questions or if there is a prior authorization required, they will not co operate and delay in sending requests. Pharmacist will say one thing and the associates will say another. As a patient I am so frustrated dealing with them and the Marketing manager should train their associates better.
