DFW Vapor McKinney

I went there yesterday and Luke helped me out a lot, he was willing to talk to me about all of the questions I had and worked with me to get me to eventually finally settle on a Geekvape S100 with an added tank and 2 juices that have seperate strengths.
It has been great. And an awesome transition from my disposable vape use. Thanks Luke!!!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. They didn't try to hard sell me on expensive items. They suggested I go with a more inexpensive mod and I chose something more pricey, on my own. The employee taught me how to put everything together, maintenance, etc. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Nice store, lots of selection. Good prices. I wasnt completely thrilled with the juice i purchased but there were plenty more to choose from. I was in a hurry and chose probably a little to quickly. Love this place and the staff. I just started vaping and I had no idea what I was doing but wanted to quit smoking. The staff is awesome. All of them have and do help me - (Garrett, Melanie, and Katy). They don't make you feel bad for asking for help. Really they are all so helpful. My advice would be to listen to their recommendations. They are very experienced so they know what works for people and what doesn't. Don't be afraid to ask them for help with changing coils or asking questions. They totally help me all the time and they never make me feel bad for asking for help or just asking question. Total 5 star service. If you are thinking about vaping too to quit smoking this works. I literally wanted to get the most nicotine possible and Melanie advised not too and then after I decided not to initially take there advice not to get the beginner vape I went back in got what they recommended from the first place and Garrett advised I didn't need to get the higher nicotine with the right mod and he was right. I cut the nicotine in half and it was fine. I didn't even notice. I am very impressed with both the products and the staff. Great place

Such a great place with the best customer service! The ladies that worked with me were Micheala and Katy, and they were so sweet and knowledgeable of what they were doing. They have some really great deals, and a rewards program! I really recommend you shop here if you’re in the area looking for vape products.

Stopped by on a whim and was helped by Garrett who’s kind, knowledgeable and professional service was only eclipsed by the sheer number of flavors that they had in stock and readily available. Store was well lit, clean and offered the perfect atmosphere. Keep up the excellent work!

I'm very new to vaping and had a great experience and help from Garrett (Hopefully I spelled that correctly). Very clean and doesn't feel like I'm going to some back alley pot shop store. Very professional and I'm very happy they helped me out. I'm going to being going back there anytime I have questions or need help!

Katy and Michaela are both the best customer service reps I have ever witnessed period. They both deserve to be promoted or given their own stores because theyre just that good. The customer service always brings us back to this location despite the frisco location being open later. Huge kudos to them!!

I really like this place... They had exactly what I needed... The girls were very nice, courteous, and helpful... They even gave me a band aid for the cut on my finger from the glass on my broken tank... Now that's service..! You should shop here... I do...! ☺ 👍

Staff is great, helpful to beginners and knowledgeable. Very personable staff and always looking to help. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for house made juices and any accessories you would need for vaporizers.

Decided to go back to vaping to try and quit smoking. Went in yesterday morning and was quickly greeted by a lady and two very nice gentlemen who had me in and out in less that 10 minutes with the equipment setup and ready to go. Bravo! Keep up the good work.

Really great store with awesome staff. Everyone is really helpful here and knowledgeable. Just got a whole new setup and Phillip guided me through the whole process. They always have great music as well!

Received an email today of a special and was told by a staff member that the advertisement they had emailed customers was not allowing them to administer the sale and would contact their dm to rectify it. I called customer care and the person on the line informed me they would contact the store and honor the sale. I didn't receive any call and instead received an email that the sale was incorrect and stated they would not honor the sale they sent me. I was extremely upset and was choosing to no longer do business with DFW Vapor until I spoke with Michaela. She has been absolutely great from my first visit "ever" at a Vape Shop and was extremely informative and helpful from the beginning. She was very apologetic and understanding about my situation and did everything possible to get the situation corrected. Where Kent from customer care failed to rectify the situation, or give an apology about the incorrection and confusion, Michaela succeeded in fixing the issue. Michaela is not only a great member of DFW Vapor but an even more outstanding General Manager. There should be more team members/employees like Michaela not only at DFW Vapor but in customer care. I went from giving a 1 star review to a 5 star review only because of Michaela's outstanding customer service. If you're ever at the McKinney location ask for Michaela!!

I don't live in the area, so when I shattered my tank at work yesterday and found myself stealing cigarettes from my boss, I Google'd vape shops near me. This was the first result, and had the highest ratings. The atmosphere is bright and pleasant. My mod was an older model, and they only had a few options for replacement tanks. The prices were reasonable, but I'm hard on tanks so Garrett took the time to educate me about options for a replacement kit. He was able to help me select a new kit (at a very fair price), one that would be easier to find replacement part for. Bonus points for the fact that it was aesthetically pleasing to my eyes. He took the time to educate me about my new kit, as well as their E-liquid offerings (I'm picky, and he found me something I really like). Because Garrett was so helpful and thorough, I will be coming back here in the future. Thank you, Garrett, for your help yesterday!

Update: I wasn't lying when I said I'm hard on tanks. Shattered the tank on my new kit today at work, at 6 oclock. Called ahead, and Garrett set aside a replacement for me. I got lucky and my boss let me leave a half hour early so I could get there before closing time. Garrett saved the day again! Also, tried a different liquid and liked it better than the last one. Thanks again, Garret; and thank you to the management team that makes employees like Garrett possible.

Update, May 2020: I've moved further away from the McKinney location, but I've been loyally buying ejuice from them all along through their website. Shipping is always fast, and there's always a free ejuice included to introduce me to new flavors. My most recent order came with a really cool surprise: free hand sanitizer. I cannot overstate how much I love DFW Vapor, and how grateful I am for the free hand sanitizer (I work in a grocery store, so I have been using a lot of this rare, precious substance to keep myself safe at work).
