Goosehead Insurance - Michael Foster

So appreciative of Michael and all he's done for me and my family. He cares, he takes time to explain all the details that we don't understand, he always asks how we're doing and takes a genuine interest in my family, my life, and how we're doing. Michael also has done an awesome job at finding what works best for us all around- cost, proper coverage, and contract terms we're looking for.

Goosehead is a great agency. Michael helped us get a great rate on both our car and home policies.

I was new to Goosehead this year. I chose Goosehead because it offered me comparable insurance with reduced prices. They were personable and efficient during my changeover.

Mike and his team are great. They make sure you are well taken care of and things are done right.

The Foster's bring professionalism and relatability to insurance. It has been a pleasure to be a Goosehead client.

Very bad experience. They charged me for service agency for the services I have not used. Now, they dont want to answer my calls, nor to my emails and texts when I am requesting for a refund.
Be mindful before going there

We bought our first house in 2015 and have used Goosehead to bundle our insurance ever since. At first Michael was super responsive and easy to work with but for the last couple years we have to send at least 2 emails before we even get a response. We also weren't getting a great rate and it seems like we were the only ones monitoring that rate so it really kind of defeated the purpose of using a broker, IMO.

Since responsiveness is a minimum customer service requirement for us, we are switching providers next week with the purchase of our next home.

Horrible wait time on phone. 45 to 50 minutes. Dumped Michael Foster agency when I price checked. Got home and car insurance for $250 per MONTH less with AAA for exactly the same insurance coverage I had with Michael Foster Agency/Goosehead Insurance.
