This office is amazing, Dr Cobb has been my Vet for more than 20 years, his direct approach and knowledge of animals and their behavior is truly amazing. I have also experienced great care from Dr. Schieppler as well as a lovely lady Dr. In addition the support staff and front office ladies are hands down some of the most attentive and
caring individuals I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. If you need a vet with heart, that listens and puts the needs of your family pet first, this family of caregivers should be your choice. I conclude by saying your bill will always fairness for services. Jon Ross

Everyone was so sweet & took great care of my baby! I didn’t get the name of the vet tech that worked with my cat but she was very gentle and kind. Dr.McMaughan was thorough and knowledgeable! I’ll definitely we coming back!

I brought in a very sick dog, and we were taken into the office right away by very friendly staff. Dr. Cobb diagnosed the issue and treated her on the spot, as well as prescribing additional medicine. She felt better almost right away and a week later she is as good as new! We had prompt, courteous, knowledgeable help from the doctor as well as the technicians. I am extremely grateful for their help.

Dr. Cobb is fantastic. I started taking my dog here after adopting her from Dallas animal services as they will did an initial exam and vaccines for free when adopting. Since then, Dr. Cobb and his team have always been there for me and my dog!

All I have to say is wonderful things about VCA north central expressway! Dr. Cobb is a wonderful doctor who you can immediately tell loves his job and animals. He is kind and very intelligent. Dr. White is also very knowledgeable and has a driven passion for fur babies! The techs Andrea and Michelle took care of my babies as if they were theirs. They both have taken care of both my dogs for years and I honestly have had only wonderful experiences! They are efficient, polite and understanding. The reception staff is nice and helpful and they do not hesitate to ask if there is anything else I need! 10/10 vet, I highly recommend!

Dr Cobb and all the vets and techs at VCA Central Expressway are great. Used them for years through multiple dogs and they treat me with respect and a deep care for my dogs.

Great service! From staff to primary doctor, communication was clear in regards to care and price. They had free kong balls out to relax my dachshund and even applied a coupon for my dog food purchase. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my lab mix here since I rescued him six months ago and I will never take him anywhere else! Everyone, and I mean every single employee, at VCA Central is nice and helpful. They have all gone above and beyond to help me and my dog! I have never had a bad experience with them. My dog actually looks forward to going to vet ( I know this because he wags his tail and jumps around when we pull up :-) )

Raider has seen three of the doctors (Cobb, White, and Allende) and each one of them are wonderful and knowledgeable. There have been numerous times I've called on an emergency basis and they've gotten my dog in on the spot. Not only are they Raider's vet, but I board him there as well. All the staff members greet him upon arrival and send me pictures periodically. I have full peace of mind that my dog is in good hands when I board! This is also the first vet that I've come across that doesn't charge astronomical prices, nor prescribe/recommend stuff my dog doesn't actually need.

VCA is the hands down the BEST vet/boarding in Dallas and I would recommend to ANYONE!

The staff here is so caring and friendly, we're always greeted with smiling faces. From the moment we called about our new puppy they showed great concern and empathy. Our experiences with them have been splendid for both us and our puppy Bella. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough wonderful things about VCA Central Expressway Animal Hospital, the doctors and staff. My animals--and I have had numerous under their care--are always treated as if they are their own pets. They love on them, handle them gently, and even give them treats during their exams. Dr. Cobb and Dr. A. are nothing but professional. I trust them with my babies' lives and have, for years. They have had them under sedation for various procedures, all while exercising extreme care and expertise. I have had to put a couple of my babies down in the past, due to poor health, and the entire staff was loving and compassionate from start to finish. Even beyond that, actually. My dog LOVES going to the vet. She runs in and greets everyone. The front office always has big smiles, even when multitasking a busy office, as theirs oftens tends to be! I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. They're like family to me and my furry zoo.

We absolutely love this VCA! When our dog Bear got sick, they took excellent care of us.They always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and continued to follow up with us to make sure our puppy was doing well. Thankfully, Bear is back and as healthy as ever. Big thanks to Dr. White, Dr.McMaughan, Nickie, and all the other vet staff who have always been so kind to us. We really appreciate the level of care you always provide to us. Thanks again!

Awesome vet clinic. I left a much larger clinic in favor of VCA central expressway, because I wanted a smaller clinic where I could actually get to know and trust my vet. Dr Katy White is the best! The staff take excellent care of my cat, and we had an awesome boarding experience here as well. My cat received extensive attention, care, and love while I was away for almost two weeks. Highly recommend.

VCA Central Expressway Animal Hospital is a lovely group of the kindest pet loving people around. We have been a customers since before they moved to this location and Dr. Cobb has been our vet for the last 13 years. I am always so pleased with how he cares for and treats my pets. Our golden, "Sunday", just recently had to have a mass removed that came back with a good report (thank goodness!) and I think Dr. Cobb was even more excited with the news that we were. I use their kennel services too when we travel and my dog loves it there. They have a big back yard where she can run and play. Here's a picture they sent me when she stayed over the 4th of July. Sunday gives them a big paws up!

I highly recommend VCA. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling, friendly faces. Our tech her name was Alex (I think) she was really nice & explained everything to us very well. We had Dr McMaughn & she is an amazing vet. She took very good care of us & told me about recommend vaccinations for cats. In total I only paid $38 for the whole visit because my cat got a rabies vaccine. They offer free exams for new patients which is really nice. They also give you a free gift bag too! The day after our visit they even called to see how my cat was doing! They definitely go above & beyond. I 100% would recommend them to anyone. 😁

Dr. White, Bryan at the front desk, and the rest of the staff are amazing. I go to VCA Central Expressway for both veterinary care and for boarding. Dr. White has been so helpful as we have been trying to deal with my dog's allergies and all the other problems she likes to get herself into. Additionally, I know my dogs are in good hands when I board them here. During their stays, I have been sent photos of them playing in the yard and when one of them wouldn't eat, they took the time to call me so we could figure out a plan. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they do.

I never got around to posting this last year but I thought it was about high time i did. I adopted a puppy from DAS last June, she was a sweetheart and of course i loved her to bits and pieces.

When i got her I knew she wasn't super healthy so the first place i took her was VCA on a whim. They were so friendly and treated her immediately like a member of their own family.

A few months later, I realized she wasn’t really growing right, I was feeding her a high quality food and she wasn't putting on weight, then one afternoon she took a turn for the worse, she couldn't keep her head up, they immediately got me in. Of course i hade to wait but they got her into a room as quickly as they could.

She was 6months old, she didn't make it but they did everything they could to help her. And they were calm and understanding of how upset both me and my roommate were. I will 100% be coming back here when my new pup needs anything. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for me.

I can't express how happy I am to have found this place! Dr. Katy White and Emily took excellent care of my baby Simba. They were both very thorough and super friendly. They gave me a ton of info. to read on taking care of a new puppy. The prices are very reasonable, which really helped me out today! You can rest assured that your fur babies will be in the best hands here.

We have been visiting VCA for a little over 3 years and we LOVE IT. Dr. White is great with my pups. She is so patient and really takes the time to see what's going on with them. Brian at the desk is always so helpful!

Provided excellent communication options to my deaf mother & sister who needed an alternative plan of action for their sick cat. Poor kitty had reoccurring infection and family had been frustrated with prior vet's lack of care and little effort to communicate to deaf people. I called VCA on their behalf, explained the situation, and the vet tech said we got you, it's no problem. And it wasn't! They were very detail oriented and caring, communicated by text message to my deaf family members both during & after the appointment, and even followed up with me by phone about the care details. Took advantage of their wellness yearly plan which will be cost effective for the follow-ups needed. I appreciate every effort made!
