Wade McKenna, DO

Dr. McKenna and his team are the best in EVERY way. Upon arriving at the office, we have had nothing but great interactions with his team as soon as we arrive. Jacquelyn is the best patient coordinator in the business. She is always attentive welcoming, and has a natural ability to put patients as ease when they walk in.

Hannah has always been a go-to person for all things related to billing, patient's questions and everything else that patients can throw her way.

Now the glue that holds the place together is Ashley. What an amazing person and RN! She has her finger on the pulse of everything in the clinic. She has talked me off the ledge a time or two, and she is the best nurse in the medical industry; and I stand behind those words as a mountain biker who has been to the ER way too many times. As a customer who lives overseas and sees Dr. McKenna at least twice a year, I can vouch for her "I got it covered" work ethic.

Dr. Phillips is always there when you need him, and he will make sure you are good to go after surgery. We cannot say enough about his ability to keep up with Dr. McKenna.

Dr. Wade McKenna is the best doctor I have ever seen when my "check engine" light comes on. He has us in more ways that we say here. Sure, you may wait a few extra minutes to see him, but trust me, it is worth it. He listens, and explains everything you need to know, in a way that you an understand. He is more than passionate about his patients care and recovery. I could go on and on and on about Dr. McKenna, but trust me.....he is THE BEST surgeon in the country, period.

I've been going to him for over 10 years as I have a lot of knee issues. He is great and spends time with his patients. I've read other reviews not appreciating this, but it means a lot to the parent.

Dr McKenna did both my shoulders with stem cell and one shoulder needed surgery....My Shoulders are like brand new....feels like I'm 20 again and I'm 59....Been 6 years since i went to see him...life changing and no more chronic pain....So Grateful I found Him...5 Stars

Arrived at 11:07 did paperwork because they forgot to email it. Then insead of owning that like an adult I received a childish excuse.

Noone else was in the waiting toom. Finally put into a room spoken to for 5 min and ignored for almost an hour. They were very sketchy about insurance coverage in my opinion as well. I walked out at 12:30.

I work in the medical field and this kind of poor service is dehumanizing and speaks to a narcissistic office culture. The customer matters people, remember that. You just lost thousands of dollars.

No respect for other peoples time. After finding a new doctor I realized appointment times can be kept and that my time is as valuable as McKenna’s
