CVS Pharmacy

Love using this pharmacy they are quick and efficient!! Lindsey even help me save money when my insurance wouldn’t cover one of my prescriptions. She was knowledgeable and so helpful. I always appreciate when people do a good job! And this pharmacy continues to deliver with excellent customer service!!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. They are great communicators, go above and beyond, and are very kind. They even treat my dogs who have health issues like they are as important as me and my prescriptions. We recently moved about 15 minutes away and still drive here even though there is a closer CVS and two Walgreens. That’s how great they are!

Celeste is an absolute delight. Not only was my prescription fulfilled correctly but the experience was a delight, riddled with good humor and smiles. She is one of the primary reasons I drive the extra distance making the 35 Arta Dr location my home pharmacy.

In addition, Bob has proven himself to be a cornucopia of pharmaceutical knowledge. When such information is required I head straight for this pharmacy because Bob will not only know the answer he can communicate it using layman’s terms. Einstein would be proud - “If you can't explain it to a six-year-old, you don't understand it yourself.”

Special thanks to Celeste and Bob for consistently making each visit a wonderful experience.

PS - (inside joke) Hi Celeste, only wearing one glove to stay warm isn’t strange at all, well no real strange anyway.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are prompt, my medicine is always ready for me timely, and the staff is kind and helpful. The pharmacist, Rob, is especially awesome and helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed my medication rushed. This is an excellent pharmacy! Kudos to Rob and team!

This is the absolute best CVS I have ever been in! Always clean & organized. I have never entered the store without being greeted with a warm Hello. The pharmacy provides personalized service as if you were in a small town drug store instead of a large chain.

I’m really surprised this CVS isn’t rated higher! I googled them to double check pharmacy hours, saw the one star reviews, and feel they deserve justice. I have been here at least once a week since they opened several years ago. Not only do I have a lot of medications to keep up with due to multiple ongoing health issues that I manage, but they also happen to be the closest place for me to pick up necessities (bottled waters, deodorant, wine- definitely a necessity, etc). I’ll give you that they tend to be a bit understaffed just like every other pharmacy, and they have a decent bit of turnover just like every other place that employs hourly workers. However, my experiences with the employees have been consistently positive. Everybody has been friendly and eager to assist. I’m always greeted by someone when I walk in the door (even if they’re yelling from halfway back the store where they’re stocking shelves.) The pharmacy app makes it super convenient for me to manage my prescriptions online and simply pick up in the drive thru, and they handle reaching out to my doctors for refill approvals. On the rare occasion I had an issue with my prescription, it has always come to an acceptable resolution. I really feel, based on my hundreds of visits to this place, that bad experiences are probably one-offs and shouldn’t deter the average person from using this pharmacy.

This is probably the best looking CVS I've ever been. Clean and tidy aisles, helpful staff, very friendly and clean restrooms too.

I love this CVS! I really like the pharmacy. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable. They are very patient and kind unlike other CVS pharmacies in the area. The sales clerk, Mattie, was so helpful! She was so helpful and her manners were impeccable. This is the only CVS I will be shopping at!

This store is always stocked and clean. The employees are kind, cheerful, and helpful. Fantastic makeup selection. The pharmacy here is great. The pharmacist is so kind and goes above and beyond to help. I go here 1-3x per week and it's always great.

I've had trouble paying for my prescriptions with my CVS app but the pharmacist has helped me multiple times. The first time using it/setting it up took an hour (fault of the app) but they still helped me.

Pham is by far the best pharmacist. Always helpful and goes above and beyond for her customers. She just helped my daughter with two chronic prescriptions that had manufacturer coupons. This saved us 55 dollars. We have always had the best experience at this CVS and we appreciate their hard work in the pharmacy!!

The pharmacy staff go above and beyond. The pharmacists know me by name and even asked if I was ok when a family member picked up my meds for me. Radu is new in the pharmacy and went all the way to the other side of the store to get my mom a cold drink while we were in the drive through on the way home from the hospital. This is why I drive past another CVS to come here. You guys are amazing!! Thanks for all you do for me and for your other patients. ❤

The doctor sends over my prescription and they are filled without any problems. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff and they are very quick and friendly. I switched over to this CVS from the one in Southlake because the one in Southlake has had problems with all my family members and friends.

If you want to visit Italy and don't know Italiano, this CVS is one way ticket for FREE99, getting a scenic look of the shopping center, Entrada. Let me tell ya. I literally felt like I was in Tuscany parking at this CVS 😊. I mean yes, Westlake is fawncy schmancy, but this entire shopping center takes the piece de resistance of any CVS exterior! Swear you can take pictures infront of it and change the contrast and tag "Westlake Italy, CVS" 😆 I wouldn't hate, this place is fabulousa. My fav part was getting caught off guard parking next to a supp'd up golf cart with a rich Daddy-kins and his kids 😅.

Also, huge newsflash, if you want to be star-struck you can catch some pretty famous sports celebs and wifeys coming thru here too! They're always so kind, but don't be cray asking them for a autograph that's so 1900s of you. 🤣 Say hello and peace out.

First & Foremost.... this CVS/Pharmacy IS top of the line....not sure exactly what 'some other' shoppers are expecting...perhaps a unicorn to appear (which would be AWESOME 🦄💗🦄) or maybe a leprechaun 🤔🍀🤔🍀

We call it "Fort CVS" for fairly obvious reasons. Staff is far more pleasant than one would expect of a corner drugstore in the burbs. Glad to have it so close to home.
