Today was amazing! So I knew this location didn’t open until 7:30, but decided to head over after dropping my hubby at work and wait. Not a problem. One of the staff saw us an let us come inside 4 minutes early! So sweet.

I was just grabbing laundry detergent, photos and a popit for my kiddo. We found everything quickly and checked out in a flash.

I thought I had written a review previously not sure what happened but thought I would post it again. I switched over to this Pharmacy earlier this year because I absolutely loathed my local CVS. I am thoroughly impressed with this Pharmacy and, the techs all move fast, it is always super busy when I come in but they stay on track and are efficient. Tom one of the head Pharmacist is phenomenal, I don't know how he does it but he maintains his patience while also getting things done quickly. I feel like he's almost overworked but I have never sensed that I was a nuisance to him unlike my previous Pharmacy. I'm not quite sure why others wrote bad reviews, perhaps they have the wrong location, no idea but in my personal opinion I find the entire team including floor staff to be friendly and quick no matter how busy.

I have gone to this pharmacy for years. Tom, the pharmacist has helped me with the massive blood clot I had ten years ago and had to change my blood thinner meds often…. Flu shots, and answering questions about medications. He goes above and beyond. I want him to know what a BIG difference he makes daily in the lives of so many people. Thank you for your expertise and helping me today!

Cannot say enough glowing words about Rudy. She not only goes above and beyond, she goes abundantly above and beyond. She is kind, patient, empathetic and genuinely has a passion for people. She is someone who wants to provide great care not because they are trained to give good customer service but because she genuinely has a heart of service for people. This Walgreens is made a better place because Rudy works there. If you ever have an issue with your prescriptions just ask for Rudy. She will absolutely take great care of you.

When using any Pharmacy that is as busy as the Walgreen's in Trophy Club, it is almost impossible to give a 5 Star rating, because you are going to have times and situations where your experience was less than perfect or what you desired. What moves me to a 5 Star rating is that the Pharmacist Tom does his job very professionally and provides great patient information and takes a true concern in what he dispenses to his customers. He caught something that my doctor missed that had already caused me problems and could have had serious consequences to my health. He went out of his way to do research and provide my wife information to bring home to show me. Tom is the type Pharmacist that I feel fortunate to have at the Walgreen's close to our home.

I had the best experience today at this location. Unfortunately I had to start something new which entailed self injections. The pharmacist cashier and pharmacist was absolutely amazing. Thanks for your patience in dealing with my nervousness. I will be forever using this location.

Tom, the Pharmacist, impresses me so much. He’s been working tirelessly at this Walgreens since we moved here. I don’t think he’s missed one day. He is so professional and knowledgeable that I feel confident and comforted knowing he is our Pharmacist.

Great people. Pharmacist Tom O is awesome. My wife has been going through cancer treatment. He’s gone above and beyond on numerous occasions this past year to help with insurance issues (chemo) and always asks how she’s doing. He even took time to get pedialite ice pops for her knowing she was struggling to stay hydrated.

Stopped in to get a prescription taken care of. The service was fast and courteous and as I entered the store, I was greeted and when I left the store I was told thank you and have an awesome day! Excellent customer service!

I will never go anywhere else for my frames or glasses. Helena who has been there over 30 years is honest, kind and so experienced. Love her to pieces. I can usually always find everything else I need there as well

This is a wonderful friendly store. With our family we are getting Rx on a regular basis. All of the pharmacy staff are very helpful & courteous. They will assist you with Rx discounts on your prescription co-pays if they are available.

The staff at the pharmacy is phenomenal! They are so helpful and kind and work their but off for their customers! I will never use another pharmacy but this one!

This is a very busy pharmacy, but when my prescription was initially rejected by my insurance, they got on the phone and spent an hour on eternal hold to get it approved. Thank you!
