The Austin Car Care team was very helpful. They were able to get my car in quickly and were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my car’s AC. The owner clearly knows his stuff. Everyone was friendly, and it reminded me of a mom-and-pop place. The only difficulty we had is that there is very little parking, and we could have used a heads-up on that.

The Staff at Austin Car Care is second to none. They are very professional, quick to respond to your questions or request, and they have integrity which is hard to find in Auto Repair shops today. They only want the best for their customers. Not to mention they have some of the best mechanics in Austin !

I have been going to Yost at this location for years, so I was surprised when I walked in the door and found out that it had changed owners. I decided to take a chance because everyone in the office was so friendly and I’m very happy I did. They were extremely communicative, giving me timely updates, Keith answered all our challenging questions, and sent clear PDFs of my choices. They did the work fast and kept all their commitments. They even took my car to get a state inspection. I’ll for sure be going back to them.

I had issues with the battery after I just bought the vehicle; they discovered that the battery was not the only thing that caused the electrical problems. They fixed the problems fast and dropped it off for me because of work schedule. Overall, I am very happy!

Dodge Charger wouldnt start one day, picked this place at random because it was close and had good reviews, tow truck got the location wrong twice and they still got my car fixed in a decent time and were super accommodating of the entire situation. Repairs were a phenomenal price to the point I brought it back the next week for further repairs. Highly recommend and if ya see him give my best to Keith!

I am so happy I was referred to Austin Car Care several years ago because Keith Washington and all the mechanics have been AMAZING! I finally found honest mechanics & they have been the lowest price on all my repairs that I researched pricing on! They are always so nice and go above & beyond in customer service every time! I feel so confidant in referring family & friends to them for quality repairs at truly honest prices! They have come to my rescue a number of times!

If you are looking for somewhere where they really care about the car and the customer, this is the spot. Keith was amazing at communicating (and even got in touch after the repair to make sure everything was running smoothly) and the lady at the front desk was also very kind. The pricing was very reasonable as well.

What a wonderful experience. They take care of you like family. I came with a very specific request for a service, they provided top notch assistance, went above and beyond to help me, and were very honest by telling me another repair shop lead me astray by saying I needed more services than I actually did. They could have easily said I needed more work done but their honesty will make me come back again and again, share words of praise to everyone I know and build trust that can get so lost in this industry. I'd give a 100 stars if I could. Cannot thank them enough.

Keith does great work and stands begind it to make sure he solves the problem. Austin Car Care is now my go-to mechanic, and I referred my housemate, and he was also happy with the work. Honest, reliable and true full service, Highly recommended.

Keith and team are fantastic. He took care of a repair for me on my Cadillac; kept me up to date on progress and delivered a repaired automobile at a great repair price. First time I've used Austin Car Care but it won't be the last!

What I express is REALLY "REAL", as it comes from actually having the chance to meet Keith (and someone who appears to be near and dear to him), and his significant other. --On the peer to peer side, it' has been amazing to speak with true and genuine people.

Oh! And, far as the business goes, it's on point everytime! Mr. Keith has went above and beyond for Me on a much more in depth level.

Took my 1997 Project Jeep Cherokee to this shop 2 weeks ago for a number of oil leaks and coolant leaks. . The owner was a super nice guy very honest and gave me a fair price for the repairs. Even suggested some other repairs and gave me a quote on those too. He did not try to strong arm me into any repairs. You can tell they care about their customers even would let me bring some parts I had at home to put on the Jeep. I will be taking all my cars to this shop from now on. Finally a honest Car Repair Shop in Austin. Dont be taken back by the location very fast and reliable service!

I've brought my vehicle to Austin Car Care for 2 jobs - replacing the CUE screen and fixing the trunk door that goes down on its own. The works were done to my satisfactory and the charges were reasonable. Keith and his mechanics are professional and honest. They went the extra miles to fix a couple of minor issues the back seat latches and the trunk free of charge. I highly recommend Austin Car Care.

This place was amazing-our brakes went completely out & they were able to get us in immediately to see what the issue was, and on top of that, they stayed open 1.5 hours late the night before Thanksgiving to fix the issue the same day so we wouldn’t be stranded. The customer service here is the best of any place I’ve ever been to, and the total cost was much better than we expected also! I recommend Austin Auto Care over any other place. Improperly towed a small car behind my RV which caused major transmission damage. Visiting Austin with no Austin contacts and took a chance on Austin Care Car. Kieth researched the best option, acquired and installed a new transmission and got me back on the road in just a few days. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. Kieth followed up a week later too. That sort of customer service you don’t find much these days.

I recently drove an 800 mile trip and my oil level was completely depleted. Even though they are very busy with work, they got me in and determined why I might have lost that much oil without any major visible leak. This location isn’t corporate and fancy, but they take pride in their work and want to get you taken care of. It’s starts with the owner who is on site.

I used the services of Austin Auto Care by chance based on reviews. I had so many mechanics mess over me by doing wrong work and over charging in the past. I got stuck in Austin TX due to my car broke down, i did call other mechanics and they are expensive. Austin Car Care gave me a really good price for my car to be fix, they even took me and pick me up at the hotel for Free bec it take a lot of hour works to fix my car! If you guys live in Austin Tx or car broke down on the road, call this guys they will help u out. I wish we have a trusted and good mechanic shop in houston. They even ask me to let them know if i arrived safely home. So again if you need a trusted, good price, professional mechanic call them. Thank u so much!

Decided to try this place on a whim, and was not disappointed! Fantastic service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Best price for a full synthetic oil change I've found. I will be returning here for sure! Very happy I found this shop. I know they'll take care of me.

Keith is friendly and honest. They fix my buick in a timely manner. And have great communication. They made a new repeat customer in me. And i will only bring mine and my wife's car to Keith (austin car care) in the future.
