Hampton Inn Austin/Oak Hill

I truly wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped me. I was driving thru the night and needed a place to stop, called ahead, he enrolled me in Hilton Honors and checked me in flawlessly - so kind.
Property was nice and clean, breakfast was decent and stocked even with it seemingly to be a very busy night/morning for them.

The room was great, and the service was great. The location was an issue. But not their fault. There is major road work in front of the building, making it difficult to get to. It will be a lot better when the road is finished.

Great customer service and very clean, comfortable stay for me and my 8 y/o. The staff had such positive dispositions, going out of their way to make my little one feel right at home. No one ever hesitated to go out of their way and help us feel welcome from the maintenance, cleaning, to front office. I will definitely recommend this location to out of town visitors! Smells clean and consistently stays that way (we stayed for 7 nights).

Amazing service from the night clerk, Mr. Lewis, when I arrived very late at night after a long flight and was starving. He found me some decent food (at 1:30 AM) and I was able to have a great night's sleep. The room was perfect. I'm very critical of most hotel rooms, but whoever is managing this place is really looking out for details.

The room came with way too heavy a comforter on the bed for summer, but they had a nice blanket in a clear plastic bag in the closet. The cleaning staff seemed genuinely friendly, every one of them. Great free breakfast and at convenient hours, from 6-10.

Staff was great i had gone to several motels needing to check in at noon and they were the only one i had to get me right in no questions asked but having to wait. The hotel was quiet the pool was nice and relaxing and my room was very clean the bed was wonderful had a great night sleep, and smelled so good every time i entered the room. There was construction in front of the bldg but never had problems getting in and out. I like the noon check out as well. If ever in this are i believe you won't go wrong staying here.

It's been wonderful staying here, breakfast is served hot and ready and the people working here are super nice. There's a lot of construction right outside the building and the traffic is quite terrible but you can work around this by taking the road just to the right of the hotel.

Everything was fantastic, EXCEPT for the construction outside of the hotel, which is nothing they can control. It's not disruptive... just hard to get in and out of.

Great place to stay. Hampton Inn has always been one of my preferred places when I travel. The only thing hurting them is out of their control is the construction due to the roads.

I'm not a harsh critic on chain hotels like this - my main concern is cleanliness, and having stayed here more than once, I can say I'm satisfied. No sign of bugs and sheets do appear to be changed in between guests.

Hamptons are always my go to hotel chain for traveling with the family. The Hilton app is a must have for a true easy experience, I love the digital keys. This particular hotel did not disappoint, clean hotel room and lobby, fresh and hot breakfast in the morning, nice fitness center to burn off restless energy.

New hotel, terrible traffic. Look forward to the overhead highway to be competed. Very nice

I booked the room for my in laws to stay while they visited during the Thanksgiving holiday. They enjoyed their time at the hotel. The GM Crystal was very accommodating. They as well enjoyed the free breakfast that the hotel provided. Definitely will book here again!

The WiFi is no good and the Hilton app does not work. Everything else great.

I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks.

They helped me with every request and didn’t make me feel bad for asking a bunch of questions.

No issues whatsoever. Clean room and friendly, accommodating staff. Only complaint would be the quality of the free breakfast, which was meh, but you can only expect so much. Served from 6-10 which was a good range of time. I would stay here again!

We stayed one night from Friday into Saturday and our room was very clean and modern. We stayed on the second floor out of three and could hear footsteps above occasionally , but it wasn't terrible. Couldn't hear traffic at all. The bed was a little firm, but not horribly so. But the bedding! Honestly we couldn't stop talking about how the pillows and duvet/were so soft and comfortable! Please share the secret..where can we buy them?? As far as location, this was close to where we needed to be. Our stay did come w/ free hot breakfast, but we chose to go to a restaurant, so I can't comment on that, but it did smell good! Overall A+! We will definitely be back to this hotel in the future!
