Big shout out to the staff at the pharmacy who work late hours to prepare our meds when we are sick and needing some relief asap in the middle of the night. Thank you to all the pharmacy staff, you all are great and I appreciated speaking w/ a kind human (not an automated message) on the phone just to inquire when my meds are ready for pick up. You are professional, kind and we appreciate for what you do for us when we're feeling our worst.

Love the convenience. Typically go for the pharmacy, but try not going inside otherwise I buy too many things I don’t need 😂

I will say as friendly as the pharmacy staff is, they need more recognition for the amazing service they deliver. I’m not sure what their benefits package looks like, but they could probably use better benefits.

The pharmacist has been outstanding. Excellent communicator of the prescription, the impact of the drug and what to do and not to do. He takes care to look you in the eye and ensure you understand. While this location is always busy and it takes time, it is worth it to get this type of care.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years. I’ve know everyone who works there, has worked there, and probably ever will work there. So I can tell you with confidence that Leo and Nicole are hands down the best employees ever. They’re fun, sweet, and caring. They’re always there to help ring me up, steer me to deals and what I want, make me laugh, and cheer me up. If I don’t see them inside I walk out. Same with Rose, Emily, Ann, and George. They’re truly great people, and this place wouldn’t be the same without them.

Brittany in photo went above and beyond to help me. I’d ordered cards with envelopes but they were out of stock of half of the envelopes needed. After searching high and low, in the back, and in their inventory for the right dimension envelopes for sale, she called another store to check (no luck, they were out too). She offered to discount my purchase and also wrote out a note to call me when they get more in stock, and gave me a receipt that said the same. All to say- I truly appreciated her effort to go out of her way to help on a busy day. Thank you!!

Be kind and patient with the workers. They are extremely overworked and underpaid by corporate.
Any complaints you have, take it to the district manager and above because they're the ones not doing anything to help the situation.

I've been a regular customer for a long time. I'm great full to have a
Walgreens open 24hrs. I usually shop after hours and it's always nice to see friendly faces and their staff that is always willing to help. I really appreciate the diligence and knowledge of their staff members, specially the overnight crew.
Leo and Nicole no matter how busy they are go above and beyond not only for myself also for other customers as I've seen as well.
I want to acknowledge them for being there. Considering the store being with out air conditioning thru these past summer months not to mention when there was no lighting a few months ago when the walgreens sign was out and it was pitch black outside. You all are very valued individuals who deserve a great THANKYOU!!

The duo of leo and nicole makes my experience shopping at Walgreens always a great time that i look forward when i am in need of a Walgreens trip or even when i am not. They make my day better . ALWAYS excellent customer service, helping me so i can locate what i need plus informing what's new or what i should be on the look out for. When they're not on the clock Rose is the next person i look forward to seeing if it's not those 3 i don't care i will walk out.

24/7 prescription pickup with exceptional service by any measure.

As of 2023, this is the only place within reasonable driving distance of Austin where you can still get medication at 3am on a random day of the week.

Walgreens is not a type of thing that is _ever_ going to get good reviews, because it ontologically requires waiting, sometimes waiting for people who are slow and confused, for prescriptions, checkout etc. So keep in mind *NO* walgreens is going to get over 4 stars.

That said - this walgreens is phenomenal. The staff have helped me with a few tricky things and have been genuinely helpful in taking my feedback on how to improve things.

My safe place is escarpment: it's the 1 place in south austin that isn't a complete disaster, it's the 1 road that carries a decent amount of traffic that you don't want to rage. So the Walgreens being at the end, where I can fill my prescriptions and pick up a snack if I'm out biking, is by extension also my safe place.

But legit, this is a good Walgreens, I've been to many, this is among the best and most well run.

I am SO grateful for this 24hrs store with the most wonderful people working there!
I had a prescription sent for 2 different pharmacies that closed before I could get it done on a Sunday.
I was in extreme pain, and this antibiotic would help the pain to subsidy so I was not willing to wait until next Monday morning to get it.
This caring lady at the pharmacy took upon her not only to transfer the prescription to this 24x hr location but also to call my insurance to transfer billing from the 1st pharmacy to them so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket.
She also called me later telling me the prescription was ready and apologizing that it took so long for her to get back to me.

Went here once at 4am to get a prescription filled after having been in urgent care, sick, and exhausted. The store manager couldn't have been more helpful with helping me find different things I needed with a kind attitude and the pharmacy was quick.

Went to get my annual flu shot after making an appointment online. The pharmacists who helped me were very courteous, and efficient. All in all a great experience.

I just had to give exceptional feedback about your pharmacy staff member, Amy I think is her name (short blue hair). She is incredibly nice, friendly, and a joy to interact with any time she has assisted me. She has beyond amazing customer service and people skills, which truly warms my heart (especially during these times when I know pharmacies are strained more than ever) to interact with and know people like her exist in the world. I rarely give reviews, but I know they are the necessary evil, especially in the corporate world, so I felt compelled to share my consistently positive experience with her at your pharmacy. Hard to come by good staff members like her, so she is very much appreciated. I am also a prescribing provider, so have to call numerous pharmacies daily for patient prescription issues. As a patient or provider, Amy, is by far exceptional to interact with.

Been here several times. Great staff and commendable service. Recently I got my passport photo done here. Knowledgeable staff. Though the person for photo was not available at that moment, the staff made sure they called him and fulfilled my requests. Easy drive through covid test with results available within an hour.

So great to have a 24 hour drive through pharmacy when you are sick!!! Thank you Walgreens! 6200 W William Cannon, Austin, TX. Staff have always been pleasant even though they are busy and frequently multi-tasking (they have 2 drive through lanes!)

Had a great experience with Carol one of the staff at this Walgreen's. She went beyond any expected service in taking care of an error on the receipt that was made by not giving me my points. She was pleasant and very helpful and spent all the time she needed in making it right. I have seen her at this Walgreen's before but I never gave her the credit that is due her. 24 hour Pharmacy, my order was ready and the pharmacist was kind and professional explain my medication step by step. I can’t complain other than the drive 46 minutes being that it’s the only store available after hours service

Pharmacy Staff steps it Up!!! The pharmacist, a young woman who made sure our script for my daughter (battling severe pain from an RA flare, on top of mono), got done and right. Although ]it took 1 1/2 hours, as far as dealing with the control issues on pain medication, she made sure we were able to legally secure medication for her so she could get through tonight without agonizing pain and see her specialist tomorrow. She even spoke directly to the MD who went off his shift, to make sure all were in agreement. Going through hoops describes it, as over 100 people came and went with their own scripts and they did a great job moving them through, even with our issues. I cannot say how much I do appreciate them here, especially when every single other Pharmacy shuts down at 6 pm on Sunday night (we came from an ER with the script). Thank you so much! If you need a script on weekends, after hours, hopefully your attending physician gets the details all right (ours didn't) and you run into this awesome group of Pharmacy techs and pharmacist. I know I missed most of the Super Bowl - but it's worth it to see some relief for my girl!
