Circle K

Not much to say about a convenient store but this place is always very clean, very courteous staff, and they have amazing coffee. The gas here has always met/exceeded expectations. I've been fueling from here for years and have next l never felt any water mixed into the gas like other cheap fueling stations do. For all you people out there with ethanol sensitive sports cars, these people have NEVER disappointed. And NEVER go to the phillip 66 next to it! I could feel my car dropped at LEAST 50 horses from the crap at Phillip 66

I gave this place 3 stars because all the employees I've dealt with have been very nice and easy to carry on a conversation with. 2 bad things about this store is the bathroom isn't clean and there's only a few gas pumps working. Hopefully, they will get this issues handled soon because I travel through there a lot! IG: gmtvmodelVanessa

I made sure I stopped the pump right after $5 and yet I got charged for an extra gallon. I recommend you check your receipt while in front of the pump. Overall this place is really dirty, but Oh it is also so convenient...

The floors are nasty, the coffee area is neat but very dirty. The coke nozzles on the fountain machine has a crusty film. It's just horrible. 😕

More than half the pumps were closed and the ones that worked were extremely slow

It's hard to overstate what garbage this Circle K is. This is one of the busiest roads in Austin, there's no reason there isn't a massive QT or something huge, new, and nice here. A quick rundown:
5 out of 11 pumps have bags over them, they are out of service.
The store is closed and locked at 2 o'clock on weekday, hand written note says "store closed because emergency".
Pumps take an eternity, like, 10 minutes to get 20 gallons.
There is no volume or mute on the obnoxious advertisements at the pump.
Plan ahead and never get gas here.

Someone needs to remind these kids aka the employees that they need to actually clean the restrooms. I didn't even want to take pictures because they were that disgusting, and of course I didn't stay to use them. Both of the toilet seats were up and there was splatter everywhere. The two girls working the front were just standing there looking like they had nothing to do. I hope management sees this and realizes there needs to be better cleaning responsibilities. Oh, and covid is still present so at least do it for that.

The attendant appeared to be nice. However I paid for my gas and then he locked the door and went on a 10 minute break. Without giving me my gas. And making me wait and late for work. I was about to call the police then he magically appears and then questions me as if I didn’t know how to select the grade of gas. That’s why this world is in the state it is now.

Overpriced gas, lots of pumps out of service, and didn't get a receipt from the pump (and the workers inside wouldn't do anything about it because the store itself was technically closed). Won't be going back.

This gas station is constantly out of fuel. In addition, the payment system at the pump is always rejecting one of my credit cards. This is also no longer a shell station.

Is it only This store or all of Circle K or Shell that seem to be going out of business?

Frequently no fuel at many Shell Circle K.

Few Circle K are open 24 hours, and those that are have inoperable equipment and unstocked shelves

You should update your hours. If you're not open 24 hrs, dont advertise it as such.
