The staff at this location is exceptional in all forms. Very knowledgeable quick to answer any and all questions . They never stop impressing me even after years of going to this location I drive from cedar park to oak hill just for the service I receive from them.

I called ahead and the gentleman let me know they had the Smok Nord coils I was looking for. The gentleman I met with on arrival helped me figure out the right coil and cartridge sizes I needed, super friendly and helpful. Ended up restocking on coils, cartridges, and some coastal clouds vape juice, they have a great selection! Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Always excellent customer service and a nice variety of products. I can't speak for everyone, but I've personally never had a disposable I bought here fail.

Not sure if I ever left a review for this place. I came here about a month ago after having a bad experience elsewhere and received exactly what I was looking for, excellent customer service. This place is amazing. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything you could ever need/want. I always loved stopping by to get new juice & coils because the friendly atmosphere is so awesome. Some vape shops can be intimidating but not this one! They really want to help!

Absolutely one of the best Vape Shops in Austin! Went in today simply because I was out of juice and didn't want/couldn't wait for an online order to come through so I stopped in- and was impressed with the selection and knowledge from the female Associate that was present! She had obviously been vaping as long if not longer than I had and that level of industry familiarity- is a priceless commodity!

Staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention exceptionally knowledgeable. Have never had a bad experience here and I plan to come continue using it as my go-to vape shop. Hannah (forgive me if i misspelled it) always wears a warm smile and is super helpful!

Dropped by here to replace a bad coil on my vape. One of the part owners was there and let me know there was a better coil for my tank and battery setup. Sure enough he was spot on and now I'm enjoying my vape more than ever. Super knowledgeable staff and good stock. Prices aren't bad either.

Best customer service ive had in any shop ive been in. New a lot about all the products i asked about. And really nice people. Raquel is one of the nicest people ive meet there also very helpful. Grade A "sales ninja".

Was having some issues with a vape I recently purchased. Krystal and Sam went above and beyond to help me get it working again. So happy to have drip city as my local vape shop.

Great staff and great prices. Stopped by on my way home to Fredericksburg. First time in had trouble deciding off menu. The guy there recommended That Thai Tea Tho... Said it was his favorite dessert flavor (as I said I like the dessert flavors and fruit flavors). I love this juice. Didnt catch his name but very friendly and helpful . Awesome juice a great recommendation. The price I couldn't believe , $23 for a 60ml bottle! They charge more than that for 30ml in Fredericksburg. Will be back definitely. It's probably worth the drive to buy from Drip City instead of here in town.

Awesome staff. Great selection. Chill environment. Have a seat at the counter and browse thru the various kinds of e-liquid with the use of a tablet. Awesome idea! I try a million vape flavors and they are super cool about it. Only downfall is that the bottles are too big. If they were smaller I would get to visit yall more😊

The staff is amazingly knowledgeable with very low turnover, so you can get to know the employees, and they always remember me and make great suggestions.
