I ran in real quick to get some drum sticks for my son. The staff was helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Parking is a breeze, and the store was well kept. If you are in the market for any musical instrument, I would recommend checking these guys out first.

Brought my 12-year old-old in to try out some guitars and she fell in love. Came back a few days later and sales person Austin was super helpful and friendly and talked me through tons of case options. Most stores don’t do much to motivate you to shop in person, versus online, but friendly, helpful service like I got today will bring me back for sure.

I just want to give their employee Aiden a shout-out. Thanks! Just traded in some of my gear towards a new amp and Aiden was awesome. He was super respectful, knowledgeable, and fair. I want to say that this is by far the best experience I’ve had with a Guitar Center employee. Great spot, definitely recommend this location.

10/10! I brought in my old pre-owned Yamaha keyboard, they tested it out on the spot, and they gave me a very reasonable purchase offer on it! No wait, with friendly and helpful staff! I was able to use the money from selling my old keyboard to upgrade to a new fully weighted keyboard! It happened to be on sale when I went in, so I got it at a great price! Go Guitar Center!

Staff is knowledgeable regarding all products sold (which is not always the case at GC). These guys n gals are the exception, plus it makes their day to hear smoke on the water! Go ahead, turn it up real loud!! On second thought, no. Don't do any of that. Go in. Buy stuff. Appreciate excellent staff. Remember guys, she's gonna be mad no matter what you bring home from GC, so make it worthwhile, better grab a couple extra guitars, for, ummm.... Emergencies! Yeah! that's the ticket!

Got my boyfriend a bass guitar for Christmas! It's such a beautiful instrument and produces a great sound. Staff at this location were very helpful. Will be returning for anything else the bass will need in the future!

Curbside is on point. Got exactly what I needed and the guy that ran it out to me was awesome. Great shop, had exactly what I needed and had clear signs that they were closed inside but were 100% to help customers get what they need! Great job y'all

Last week was lookin for a case for keyboard to take on a flight. Idk his name but guy was really cool and patient with me and went into the back to find a case for 49key keyboard. Soon as he showed it to me, i was like i'll take it.

Fernando was super kind and helpful. The manager appeared cranky, but nonetheless Fernando helped me through my purchase. Awesome experience!

Was in Austin for a wedding (live in Arizona) and needed a music fix. They let me sit and play a great Yamaha keyboard for a couple of hours and no salesman ever bothered me. Really appreciated that.

Walked in and walked out, that’s how fast I found what I needed… however we do love other days to just walk in and play 🎶 just a great location

Bought a Novation MiniKey MIDI workstation and absolutely love it. The guy who was in the electronics department was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I was getting. Also you can best believe I had a lot of questions for just about every compact MIDI workstation they had, and he didn't fail me on steering me directly towards just what I was looking for. It ALSO came with a lite version of ableton which is AMAZING. Thanks so much guitar center.

Santa shops here, lol. Super helpful customer support, very friendly staff even when short-staffed on a busy holiday weekend. I was able to get the items Santa needed at a great price for my music loving kids. Cool vibes, there was some dude just jamming on his guitar in the middle of the store too, glad to see they let people just vibe out. Highly recommended.

I had to go in to this store for a return today. I had ordered the wrong gear, which is 100% my fault. I dealt with a guy there named Brian. It’s Christmas time, so they were extremely busy in the shop, but Brian got me squared away as quickly as possible. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, sense of humor, and the fact that he got me taken care of and STILL was able to ring up the line of people waiting.

These days it feels like nobody wants to do their job, so it was a great experience to deal with someone who was friendly, funny, and EFFICIENT! Thanks Brian. You’re an absolute CHAMPION!!!
