At Home

This was our first time at At Home, wish we had dropped in during Halloween time but the store is full of rows and rows of Christmas decor and ornaments. These photos are not even 25% pf what they have.

There are stockings, wreaths, skirts, garlands, lights, trees, table and house decor, yard decor, and more!

Love this place.

Never thought I'd get here, but At Home has become our daytime "date night " while the kids are at school. Great selection, ahead of the season with great pricing.

This positive review is for the store manager's, Richard, customer service.

I ordered 2 matching lampshades for same day delivery, and only 1 came. It turns out they only had 1 in stock at this store, but this inventory was inaccurate online.

I called the store and talked to Richard, explaining my dilemma:
1. I had 1 lampshade, and a lamp base without a shade.
2. I paid for shipping so I didn't have to drive to the store, but now that I got 1/2 of my order, I would still need to drive to another store!

I asked him if he could do any of the following.
1. refund my shipping fee
2. Send me another one from a store that does have it in stock, and waive the shipping fee.

Unfortunately, neither of those could work, and I could only:
1. drive to another farther location to get the 2nd lamp shade.
2. return to the store to get the price adjusted for the lampshade I received, minus the shipping price.

I had other obligations later in the day, so I couldn't do any of these options.

But Richard stepped up, offered to drive to the Pflugerville location, and even deliver it my house (on the way back to his home) that same evening. I couldn't believe it. And unfortunately, I wasn't at home (doing other obligations) to really thank him properly.

So thank you Richard for doing this, and I apologize that my inconvenience became yours. It really made my day.

This place is an enormous store that had everything, is a GIANT home store with d%#* near everything. Yes, they have working electric carts for those customers who need them. Organizational items and every home item for everyday living holiday item, decor shopping, backyard furniture, gifts, rugs, lamps from a nightlight to a huge crystal chandelier. I've literally never made it to all the sections I wanted to see in one visit! You can find great items with the great deals there, and that is before the monster clarence section that has each aisle color coded... so, you can "lose" a bunch of time and have a full basket before you remember you can for serving dishes and outside lighting. Then try to not get distracted by water features. They have all sorts of shower and wedding preparations for both the inexpensive and expensive taste and every decoration options besides real flowers and the actual groom. Check this place out at least once, lots of stuff for every budget.

Love this store. Inadvertently ordered incorrect product size on line. Clerk at check out was so kind and helpful. Corrected my mistake and I was able to be on my way sans any hassles. Thank you At Home!

Huge selection of quality home decor here. This is probably the best place 6o get access to a large stock of Xmas decorations on the south side of town. It's easy to get lost in here for hours and wind up spending way more than you intended to on really great stuff!

There are two very helpful girls made our experience very happy was glad to be there today and get our chairs. Since Lowe's was insufficient an inadequate helping us. We will return to at home stores for needs such as patio furniture there's so much other things to look at there it's a beautiful store!

It's a really big store. Went here to buy my Christmas tree. Best decision ever.

My new place to visit often now that there is no more BBB. Loved it before as well when it was Garden Ridge Pottery, still smells amazing inside.

This is by far the best one of the At Home stores. I typically go to a different location but anytime I'm even remotely near this particular store I stop by and always leave with the car full of wonderful items. Their staff's always helpful but the very best part of them is their incredible selection.

This place has great selection at a reasonable price.

Some good bargains to be had. Great holiday decorations. Discounted candles are generally a good buy.

Very nice and organized. My 1st visit here and was very impressed.

Simply amazing. Great deals and lots on clearance if you catch deals at the right time. Spent almost 3 hours here buying anything from rugs to art to furnish a new home and still didn't break the bank. SO many options. I think this is the better location in the Austin metro area, as I have been to the north one, as well.
