AT&T Store

Wonderful experience updating to iPhone 15. Sam was phenomenal in every aspect. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Definitely a great asset to the company and should be strongly considered for positions of higher responsibility.

Manny was a great to work with. We got my wife a new phone in less than 20 minutes. We stood around for 30 minutes at Best buy, just to be told we would have to order the new iPhone 15Pro.

We drive into town (past 2 other AT&T stores) from Dripping Springs for this specific store. Fransisco is always so helpful and does everything he can for us. He helped us get Fiber and it’s so much faster than spectrum. When he’s not around to help, Sam is our go-to guy. This store and the employees are just so great all around!

I would like to say Kudos to Gentry I got the Best customer service ever. He was very great and patient with explaining every item and price. I recommend everyone to come and visit Mr. Gentry. Thank You for your Service Gentry

Extremely good customer service, had about a 20 minute wait but it was a sunday afternoon so i was impressed.

Rafa was so helpful. I couldn’t login to my wireless service and had been on the phone for days trying to sort out my account. I tried going into a different store but it didn’t go so well. He helped me fix my account and call the business center to set up a pin so I could properly manage my account and bills. Thanks Rafa for your patience and making this easy.

Symphony, our customer service representative, was incredible. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient, and professional. I highly encourage AT&T’s executives to use this representative as a model for all customer facing staff.
My visit to the store started off rocky with the necessary assistance of the manager(Selena) who was incredibly crass and impolite. Unsurprisingly, this seemed to be the general demeanor of the entire staff with exception of Symphony who was helping me.
All-in-all, today was a refreshing experience, to say the least, as I was prepared to end my longtime customer relationship with AT&T rather than deciding to upgrade my device, instead. I am incredibly happy to know that, as a consumers, I can still experience great customer service. Thank you, Symphony.

Biggest shout out to Sales Consultant Van Donahue.
He actually had to spend several HOURS fixing incorrect account changes.
There are still people out there that care and want to make things right. Even if they have to fight against the system.

Knows his stuff. Followed up several times with me over a couple weeks. Responded quickly to emails and texts.

Symphony was awesome! She was patient and answered all our questions. After starting online, then speaking with the home delivery crew there was quite a bit of confusion about about our bill and fees moving forward. She walked us through the differences and got us going in the right direction and got my $800 credit applied and the cheaper bill that motivated the switch to a new phone to begin with. Thank you for your time and patience Symphony!!

The service representative, Van, was awesome. He answered all my questions regarding my phone upgrade and wireless service contract and helped assure all my data was properly moved over to my new phone.
