Shaddock Homes - Tavolo Park

Mack McGowan is building a home next to ours and has been a great construction manager. While we did not build with Shaddock, he has taken prodigious care to inform us of certain timelines and events that might take place to affect our day to day lives. He also assisted us in a personal matter when Oncor tried to charge us for outages that were not our fault - he provided a letter to prove Oncor was at fault and this helped reverse charges. We greatly appreciate his kindness and quickness to respond to any problem.

All the stuff made us so helpfull at time move in and after. Even today James Adkins goes above and beyond our needs & expectations. Highly recommend Shaddock homes. James is diamond in the rough

Our builder Mack McGowin worked tirelessly to get our home completed so that we could close and get moved in. The quality of work done on our home is exceptional and the Shaddock QA process to identify and correct flaws prior to closing delivered a beautiful home to us. The sales team of Richard and Sabrina did a great job of advocating for us and helping us through the process. We are very pleased with our Shaddock home in Tavolo Park.

From the moment my client and I walked in the door, we have been amazed at how everyone has gone over and beyond. Kelly was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail. The process was quick and seamless. We choose the right builder!!!

I have visited this location twice and was always greeted with a smile and great information about the builder. The homes are beautiful and my favorite home is the Lavon just gorgeous.

What a terrible experience! Shaddock is supposed to be rated as a top builder in Texas. I had been reaching out to Kelly for weeks to get information and setup an appointment before my move. She took forever to even respond to requests. When I finally moved and got an appointment to see homes she said she would get back to me that day.. never heard from her and builder raised prices that day. Save your time.
