Capital One ATM

I had an excellent experience at this Capital One Cafe! Not only was the environment great, but the bank side was incredibly helpful. William was exceptional - answered all my questions, was patient, kind, and gave me tons of wonderful information. Very appreciative, thanks!! I certainly recommend this location if you need to head into a branch (or if you want a nice quiet place to study because they serve coffee too)!

Yup this is the only capital one location with cash deposit ATMs in the ENTIRE city of Austin ):
It's located inside a cafe, thankfully there's a parking garage right next to it that's free(the green garage).
only leaving 5 stars because of the coffee and amount of atms available. we need more locations please & thanks!!

The last Capital One bank branch in Austin closed down just a few months ago.

Now, there are just the two Capital One Cafes (downtown and this one at the domain).

Two ATMs at this location in entryway. Another ATM inside the cafe. The only cash deposit accepting Capital One ATMs in the ENTIRE city of Austin.

Free parking at the green garage next door.

Cafe is nice. And you get 50% off drinks with your Capital One debit card/credit card.

This place is incredible, one of the managers there personally helped me(Thank you Mrs. Chrystal). She explained a lot and the coffee was pretty great as well. This Capital One Branch has got to stay here forever. Thank you for a new type of Bank @CapitalOne and you’re representative was Amazing, never had a bank care about a customers mental health.. so Kudos to you🤗

I went to use the ATM and got a goody bag from the team for Mental Awareness month.

It was a really nice touch.

Capital One Cafe is across from Whole Foods in the domain there are two ATMs there and they are the only two ATMs in the Austin surrounding area it's very sad that Capital One has taken away their Banks and their ATMs from Austin but this place will be here for a long time I recommend you go

ATM ate my 2$k. Did not give a receipt too. On-site bank representative cannot assist with even getting an official statement or receipt with time that atm ate my money. only templated response to call claims dept. which says there are 10 days to “potentially” receive credit “while claim is processed”. Final decision is made “after” 45 days. This is wild, never using capital one again and will be cancelling capital one debit card right after this is resolved. Coffee here is fine.

Hey here's an idea let's get rid of all the bank tellers and through some ATMs in a Cafe... What happens when the ATM goes down? Well there are only 3 in ATX so, good luck...Done with this bank, honestly, who thinks this was a good idea?

I also have an account with Capital One and in my opinion I think they're going no more banks no more hotels no help to your mainly screwed if you need. 😡

The ATM took my money without crediting my account. Its a bureaucratic nightmare to try to get it back.
