Holiday Inn Martinsburg, an IHG Hotel

Really enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn Martinsburg WV. The room and whirlpool tub in the room were very nice. There was a bar and restaurant inside the Holiday Inn with resonable prices and room service. This came in handy because we had our dog with us and did not have to leave him alone to go out to eat. There was also plenty of space to walk dog the outside. Hotel is located with unlimited food options and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return in the future.

Part 3 of this training. Overall things are good. Temperature on the room is good as is the lighting. The projector is a little off from the screen, but that had been tolerable. Bathrooms are some of my favorite outside of my own art home.

The staff is just lovely, and the rooms are clean and updated. The hotel is adjacent to a large shopping center with multiple stores and restaurants, so you have everything you need right there. I stay at this hotel at least twice per year.

The Front Desk Rep is a nice person, compared to that nasty mean attitude woman at the Fairfield Inn Marriot next door, This Holiday Inn before it was actually Sheraton this is whereDanny Casolaro died in from the Netflix Series "The Octopus Murders" incase yall didn't know.

My husband and I have stayed here a few times now. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall a great experience! On this trip specifically we stayed at two different hotels this one and a Embassy suites by Hilton and the Holiday inn was a way better experience!! Our family lives in Martinsburg, so we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The only thing I didn't enjoy is their restaurant. I don't think the food is that fabulous but there's plenty of restaurants around. That being said, I still had breakfast there and I think the servers are awesome. I go there twice a year and everyone is just wonderful.

We stay here as a mid point in our travels. It is wonderful. Staff is nothing less than friendly...really comfortable beds and an indoor pool my kids love to swim in. Highly recommend this location.

Stayed their numerous times while traveling. Rooms are very nice,and also clean. Small refrigerator, microwave,and keureg coffee maker.
Staff at desk is very helpful.

Very clean and modern hotel. The front desk area was a little bit in disrepair, but I don't think it was a big deal. They seemed to have everything under control as far as their construction project goes.

We showed up at about 7:00 p.m. with no reservation. We were checked in by a very helpful person at the registration desk named Jen. She got us into 2 rooms because we had 6 people and we didn't want to try and cram into one room. We were fortunate to be able to take advantage of the government rate which lessened the total of the rooms by about $100.

When we got to our rooms, they were very clean and everything looked in order. The kids immediately got ready to go to the pool and within an hour, they were swimming. They said how nice the water was and they spent a lot of time during the evening in the pool.

One of the kids was disappointed that they did not have a hot tub, but it really didn't matter because the water was so nice in the pool, she really didn't miss the hot tub.

We only stayed one night and left early in the morning, so we didn't really have a chance to take advantage of the rest of the facility, but everything that we experienced was very good. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Awesome place to stay very conveniently located. We had a king suite for the price of a normal room and it was wonderful and extremely clean. the bed was so comfortable and had firm or soft pillows. The breakfast was good a little different than Georgia but still great food. The pool and gym are very nice and clean. Definitely a great place to stay.

Stayed overnight and our experience was highly enjoyable. Parking was plentiful and the hotel itself was situated in the perfect location being right off the highway and less than a mile away from a Walmart and any restaurant or store one could imagine. Our favorite amenity was the indoor heated pool. The pictures of the pool on the hotel's website honestly do it no justice. The pool itself is much larger in person and is located in a more remote part of the hotel. The pool area requires a room key to gain entry making it feel more secure. The pool area has towels for guest use, a bathroom, shower and ample seating. The pool hours are also very generous, 6am-11pm. The unique design of the hotel (built on a hill) and the private second floor entrance makes getting to rooms on the second floor painless. No having to worry about walking through the lobby or taking stairs or an elevator. This was our first trip to this hotel and the Martinsburg area but will definitely not be our last!

Great location and a great facility with excellent staff. Had to stop here during a storm. Asher at the front desk was very helpful and got us the room we needed. There is an indoor pool which is very nice. The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast was great. They also serve other meals. There is a lounge here as well which means you don't have to venture far during your stay. The layout of the floors is a little odd but pretty cool. This location appears to have been around a while and clearly been updated regularly. Beds were extremely comfortable and room blinds were awesome. Great hotel to stay at in this area.

One of the nicest Hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Staff was awesome, restaurant inside has the Best emoyees, Sam & Gabby, good food any time of day. My room was very nice, the bed was one of the best and most comfortable I have slept in so far ! Rooms are very modern, spacious, nice size TV, safe in closet, great hot water pressure !

I enjoyed my stay. I was on a business trip and had 8 people traveling with me. The staff made the process so easy. They were prepared with the room keys and the check in process was smooth. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day.

The hotel was neat, inviting and well maintained upon check-in. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the room was comfortable and everything was functioning as it should. Paint in good condition, beds clean, bathroom spotless, remotes and room temperature controls all functioned properly. Trash cans in lobby and entry way were emptied and clean even late in the evening when we checked in. Kudos to IHG, the manager and staff on this one!

I was at Holiday Inn for the buffet lunch only, healthy foods on menu & very delicious.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff!! You made our stay wonderful. Everyone was polite , room was super clean. Food at the restaurant was great , the pool was clean and super warm. You even gave us an early check in , which was so appreciated , considering we were there for a wedding and drove 31/2 hours from PA to West Virginia . Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality.. We are going to stay there again next time we are in Martinsburg !!!!!!
