Good Lord have mercy is all I can say you know I was against rocs fried chicken after a horrible experience at the Kelly Island location but the amount of patience and amazing customer service at this store changed my overall view. I was able to get fresh fried chicken and the woman at the counter was very kind as well ten stars if I could just because of the overall kindness in that place made me want to come back again.

Stopped in here ealier and the cashiers were awesome and super polite. Had a bad experience here one time with a shorter black haired girl who was super rude but these new ones seem like they actually care about their customers.

Bad experience. First time visiting. We Ordered food online ahead of time and Still had to wait 20 mins past the expected ready time with 2 screaming kids in the car. We will not be back.

***BUYER BEWARE*** this location just charged my card $175 dollars for $30.01 worth of gas. Support and answers have been non-existent. After being sent to a multitude of voice mail inboxes, I have been given absolutely no answers as to why I was overcharged over 600%. This may be a local company but they are still absolutely untrustworthy and until proven otherwise, will regarded as thieves.

This is the worst rocks I’ve ever been to with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen I’ve worked in many convenient stores over my life and we would always let customers park their car if they were some sort of emergency me and my son were told we could not leave his car there for a couple hours due to a family emergency!!! I was a regular customer there but after that experience I’ll be going to Sheetz

THIEVES AND SCAMMERS! I paid money for gas on pump 6. The cashier credited pump 3 where hr little friend had pulled her car up, and filled up her car on my money. I went in to tell what had happened, and the cashier Amanda laughed in my face, then told me to leave because there was nothing she could do.
