Excellent staff. Wasn't able to help as their phone support were idiots and barely understood English but the "in-store" employees far exceeded my expectations

I happened to meet a person Mr.Perez in verizon.He helped me to purchase 4 new lines and phones.Interesting thing is that he shared his personal phone number to get assistance.He was so helpful and I live in another city but I was able to solve my issues behacuse i had his number.thanks perez ..you are just amazing.verizon should be lucky to have someone like you.Dr.Mathew

I have had Verizon mobile service for a very long time, and in Austin, this is my preferred location. I have nothing but good things to say about them! Despite my trepidation about going in to get a new phone to replace my old one, they were super helpful and not pushy at all. I did not want an expensive phone with a bunch of features, I wanted something very simple and very close to the phone I had previously that was very old. Orlando helped me with getting the right phone, and the data transfer was fast and seamless! It took me almost no time at all to get everything set up the same as my old phone. Orlando was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and never once judged me for not wanting my phone to be expensive or fancy! Great customer service, and made the whole process painless for me!

We had such a great experience here! Switching cell carriers is usually such a pain, and our situation was definitely complicated, but these guys made it totally painless. Tony was AWESOME, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helped us make the decisions that best served our situation and needs. We're hopeful about Verizon's cell service, but Tony is the reason for this 5/5 star review! The other team members were helpful and welcoming as well, and we would recommend this location to other people looking to switch to Verizon.

Johnny did a great job helping me resolve my mobile hotspotting issue. I didn't have to wait long for him to help me, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I definitely felt appreciated as a customer. Now, Verizon tech support on the other hand, is absolute garbage, but that is not the fault of this store. He and I actually solved the issue on our own while the "tech agent" on the other end consistently told us to do the wrong thing. Johnny's patience and willingness to help has kept me as a Verizon customer.

Aron was great. I worked with a few people who were all great. Aron, specifically, was refreshingly honest and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to educate me and he provided me with an outstanding store experience!

I didn't get an email asking how they did, but I wanted to make sure Aron receives the praise he deserves. For months, I've been going back and forth between Apple and Verizon about my issue, asking them to remove the monthly payment for a phone I already paid. Both sides never gave me clear instructions, and Apple refused to help. I finally decided to go to this store because it was the closest to my workplace. Aron was very knowledgeable, patient, and determined to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the end, he was able to tell me exactly what happened and get it fixed!! Thank you Aron, you are so awesome!!!!

Gabriel and Rolando was amazing!!! Gabriel was so eager to take care of our concerns today even though he was in training! Rolando continued training him and walked him through our concern and he also was very communicative on next steps and the best person to take care of us! Loved this service!

Gus was very knowledgeable on the new trade in for the iPhone 14s. He articulated very well and had a calm peaceful demeanor.

I came into this store because I was having problems with my Apple Watch series 6. My wife and I switched to Verizon from AT&T (best decision ever because AT&T is AWFUL!) and when we tried to port my Apple Watch, it wouldn’t work. My wife’s watch went through just fine. We started working with Richard and after quite some time, still had no luck. We spoke with tech departments at both companies who couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Here is where the store, and Richard in particular, really came through for us. He gave me his personal number and promised he wouldn’t give up until we had fixed the problem. Over the next month, he took my texts and calls to continue trying. Even on his days off. Yesterday (4/28/21) I sent him another message so we could try again since the original AT&T billing cycle had ended. Richard called me back right away and started working on it for me. I have never experienced this level of customer service. Verizon should be proud to have an employee like Richard on their staff. He went far above and beyond and didn’t give up on us.

After reading some of the previous reviews I was very reluctant to visit this Verizon location. But my phone had died and I really needed to have it replaced. So my family and I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were greeted immediately and told our place in the wait list. Our associate, Ashley, was knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful with a fantastic attitude. Overall we had an excellent experience and I would go back again without hesitation.

Richard was very helpful and knows the process very well. I came in to upgrade my phone and left in under an hour with my new phone set up and with all the data from the old phone transferred to it. Very easy experience, nice store too.

Richard has helped me for two days very kind ,patient and very knowledgeable on phone set up. He had to go around the world to move from iCLOUD FROM OLD PGONE TO NEW phone a long mess. He is great and would recommend this store and Richard to all my friends. Thank you.

If you visit this location and Richard hasn’t been promoted to CEO of Verizon, ask for him. He’s a unicorn, and hooked me up in ways I didn’t even know I could be hooked up.

Went in to get a new phone for my daughter. The sales rep, Anthony, was beyond helpful. He was VERY knowledgeable about the products. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like him

Thank you, Johnny! Came in to get a new screen protector. Johnny helped me right away, and even offered to replace it for me! A few minutes later, I had a brand new phone cover perfectly lined up. Great service and great work. Thank you again!

Johnny was so helpful and patient with my mom after she had a bad experience at an authorized dealer location. Johnny helped my mom upgrade to a new basic phone and treated her kindly throughout the entire process. At the authorized dealer location, my mom was asked her pin and her ssn and phone # & was told her info doesn’t exist. She has been a long-time Verizon client & was really upset & confused by that. Johnny was able to easily locate & verify my mom when we went into this Verizon Corporate location.

Excellent service!!!! The main manager was able to help get our phone replaced or have someone at a 3rd party vendor take a look to fix it!

I had great experience with Eva! Needed a new sim card for my phone and added a second line...everything was smooth! Definitely my go to Verizon location! :)
