Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Martinsburg

A perfect quiet and relaxing hotel with great rooms, beds and walk-in shower with great hot water. This is perfect way to end a 12 hour drive from Florida. I always wake up refreshed from a quiet and peaceful sleep for my 2nd day drive home.

Also it is walking distance to a wonderful Mexican restaurant. What could be better than stretching your legs after a long drive and filling your stomach with delicious food.

Funky odor when using the AC, resolved when we turned it off. We did tell the front desk when checking out.
Location is perfect for our trip from CT to NC to visit family.
Staff was courteous, breakfast good.
Towels very luxurious.
We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely nice. I have stayed twice due to business. They have a free hot breakfast and free WiFi. I like that you can sign into your Prime, Netflix and YouTube account on the TV. So you never skip a beat if you are watching anything on these streaming platforms. Just make sure you sign out when you check out. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and is off 81.

Only spent one night there. But was a really nice clean hotel. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very nice place

We've been traveling for 3 weeks and exclusively stay at Marriott properties. This one is the best so far. Great spread for breakfast, which really sets the mood and tone for the day. The night clerk who checked us in had cookies out for arriving guests and recognized my husband's status when we arrived. Had a nice gift bag too. Nice touches like that. Clean and warm. Maybe too warm in the hallways, but Great people make that stuff almost not noticeable. Bravo gang!

This location has become one of our favorites! Shequllia at the front desk provided PHENOMENAL customer service; we are now in love with the suite option! Spacious, clean, and updated rooms. Great location that is super convenient! We have stayed at this location several times over the years and have always received great service!

Very friendly, great breakfast spread, clean, comfortable room, decent price. What more is there to ask for. Check in lady had cookies and recognized my lifetime platinum status, that was a bonus. She gave me advertisements on stuff to do around this cute little town. Great experience!

I’ve stayed at this Fairfield several times. Along with being close to my clients - it is surrounded by several good restaurants. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. On my recent stay, Amanda went out of her way to say, “hello” and make sure my stay was going well. This is my home-base when I’m in the eastern panhandle.

The safe situation was strange, but I guess that's state law? No in-room safes - so you are to give any valuables to the front desk but also they aren't responsible at all...? Ok?

It was also funny to me that they weren't doing housekeeping (only if you asked specifically) but they had advertisements for the new tipping app for housekeeping everywhere.

Nice hotel otherwise.

My husband and I stayed her over the Memorial Day weekend and we had a great stay. The property was nice and clean, staff was courteous, and there were plenty of places to get a decent meal. Although the hotel has a full hot breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

Amanda at the front desk was warm and welcoming from the first hello through the door. You might say it's expected, but there was a certain genuiness to her own expression of hospitality. And it just made the property feel like home instantly.

We were in town to visit the race track and stayed here for just one night. The staff was great, all very friendly and the rooms were clean. We had a very nice quick visit! The hotel is in a great area with a Sheetz very close and lots of dining options! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Ours was a 1 night midpoint stop in our trip, but we're glad we stopped at the Fairfield Inn at Martinsburg! Ample parking, nice entrance and very helpful staff at check in! Shakiyla Barrett helped us at check in. We asked about nice local restaurants for dinner and her recommendation was fantastic! Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've had in a long time at a "free" breakfast lodge. It was a great choice, and yes, we would stay there again. Stopped by here in the middle of my trip. This was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast selection was quite good. Would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Nice place to stay, rooms are always clean an smell so good. They have a great cleaning staff. The pool is nice to relax in, an you can even go into the gym to work off stress. Great place. I like to leave the ladies who put up with me the cleaning ladies a nice tip every time I leave.

Highway noise wasn't great but other then that our stay was perfect.

Amanda was friendly and accommodating, during and after check-in. I had forgotten some items and she helped to get me what I needed. Lobby and sleeping rooms were clean and well kept.

Reasonable, modern, great lobby and registration with courteous employees. Our room was very clean, bed comfortable and bathroom spotless. The best was the breakfast, everything you could want, hot, cold, drinks, and courteous service. Area kept spotless and well stocked. Definitely would recommend for ease off I 81, close to restaurants, and great place to recharge and move on.

Friendly staff, clean room and pool. Spacious layout with door that closes in bathroom sink. Bathroom looked new and good water pressure. Good breakfast, food wasn't dried out and plenty of choices. Beds were very comfortable.
