Great Experiences! I bought a 2009 Toyota Camry XLS with 105k miles in it from Massey in early 2016. With just regular maintenance like regular oil changes, brakes, tires, all lube flush and refill, radiator change last year and my car is still running like a Champ!!! I have put on over 120k miles in it. No major issues. With any used cars or electronic goods, I would highly recommend buying additional warranty, if available, and if you can, for your own peace of mind. Massey is honest and a man of Integrity. I would definitely buy another used car from him next time!! Highly recommend this dealership!

This man was honest about every vehicle he had, although the one I originally went to look at wasn't what I walked out with, he did work with me and got me into something that runs well for the last month since I've bought it, is perfect for my family, and is nice, he never lied or tried to swindle me into anything, he was straight up honest from the beginning and I would definitely get ahold of him again if I need another vehicle down the road

Paid 5000.00 1yr ago for a 2005 ford escape put 1500.00 in it muffler front rotors caliber brakes abs cable windshield wipers plus mechanics pay. Was going down rd axel broke ball joint broke tierod broke wheel went sideways like to kilt me went in ditch underframe was nothing but rust

We found a car online and negotiated with the owner (Mr. Massey) via texts. We were about 250 miles away but we reached an agreement on the final price. Due to his unavailability (holiday period), we agreed that we would be finalizing the deal on the following weekend. We offered him to put a deposit on the car immediately to be "on-hold". He confirmed the car's availability, his agreement on the price, and his weekend availability to do the deal. 2 days afterwards, we received a text from him saying he sold the car to someone else! That was after we had a verbal agreement on the price and date of sale and offered to put a deposit on the car. His excuse was his cars are "first come first serve" which was an absurd excuse since we have a documented agreement. The bottom line is: A person who breaks his own word isn't worth to do business with at anytime. Mind you the thing you're buying is a used car! Buyers please be aware.

Bought a car on Saturday, they promised there was nothing wrong with it, so we declined warranty for an extra 900$. Sunday the car left my son sit, paid to tow it to garage, got call today that it’s a blown head gasket. Called dealership and they are ignorant and refused help. A head gasket is a major thing, I know they knew there was problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A MATCHBOX CAR!!!

We bought a 2010 Kia Forte because our previous car had stopped running and we really needed something since we have a 2 year old and another baby on the way. We thought everything was fine, when we got back home the check engine light came on. It looked like someone disconnected the battery so it would erase the code, although they said they recently replaced the battery which was bs. We’ve already put over $600 into this car after paying $3,175. Lesson learned, We will definitely not be back, I just wonder how these people would feel if someone sold their kids vehicles that were junk.
