I have stayed here now quite a few times while traveling up North off of I-81. I love this hotel for the convenience of location, surrounding area of stores and food. Thr room as always has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Plenty of dishes, cups to warm food up. Utensils are in the room. Always clean. Central air controls worked fine. Breakfast is sufficient enough with eggs, breads, bagels, breakfast bowls, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, coffee and teas. Good breakfast. Reception is always welcoming. It has sufficient enough parking. Quiet location. I highly recommend if you are looking to stay somewhere close off of I-81.

Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, accommodating and competent! They’re dog friendly and there is a field in the back where I let my dog run off leash. The gym is clean and is an above average setup for a hotel. My wife and I have lived here for about 2 months. We have been able to easily meal-prep with their gas grills/cooking utensils and dishes come out clean from the in-room dishwashers. They also provide an AC induction stove top and pan that you can bring to your room. The breakfast options are also above average! I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay for our family of 5. The suite style room has plenty of space and beds for everyone. Clean rooms, nice lobby, well-kept pool and fitness center with Peloton, free parking and breakfast included.

Just returned home after a 1 night stay to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and the breakfast looked good. I only grabbed a muffin and juice. We had issues with our neighbors acting ferel, screaming, running around, and sounding like they were coming through the wall Saturday evening into late night and again VERY early Sunday morning. Both times the front desk and supervisors took care of the issue and apologized. It was not the hotel's fault that people are very disrespectful of others around them and let their kids run around like wild apes. I would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice, pristine "new" hotel. The stay is comfortable. It's a welcoming hotel with great amenities. The rooms are spacious and great for business trips especially if you have to work from the hotel in your room. The lighting in the room is fantastic. Shower is nice. Medium pressure shower with adjustable shower head settings. Hot breakfast is served daily and coffee available throughout the day I think. Free water bottles for all guests in the lobby. Very nice fitness center with state of the art equipment. There are 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, weights, 1 reg bike, 1 spin bike, a huge mirror, a cube for HIIT training, and the laundry room is inside the fitness center. The laundry room had 2 washers & 2 dryers. The mobile key on your phones comes in very handy as you do not even need to go to the front desk to check-in. If you've checked-in on their app, you can walk right to your room and open your room door and share your mobile key with others staying with you via the app. My only concern is that the heat is controlled by the hotel via a central unit. You can only control the AC in your room. So, eventhough it's falltime about to be winter in 2 weeks or so, there are days that the temperature was close to 70 but the hotel controls the heat based on the season and not the actual temperature of that day. One night the heat was pretty hot which caused somewhat a restless night. Eventually around 1am it was turned off or down. I'm sure the front desk got a few phone calls with complaints because it was quite warm and a lot of people do not like to turn on their AC units in their rooms because they can blast cold air and cause you to get sick - you know how those one directional hotel room AC units be. Nonetheless, the hotel is in a great location. The staff are nice and the hotel is very very clean and a very comfortable stay.

Great hotel. Really good rates and rooms were super clean. The lady that worked the front desk at night was very friendly, even for our 12:30AM arrival. My only recommendation is something gluten free for breakfast (bread or muffin). Other than that, highly recommend.

I have been staying here since the place was a week old. It always feels like coming home for me. I have known Jason for 15 years now. I met him when he worked at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Charles Town. He has such a wonderful smile and welcoming attitude. The Hampton had that atmosphere until Jason left. When he left that atmosphere went with him. The Home2Suites in Martinsburg has had that Welcoming Atmosphere since day one. I have stayed several times for a few months at a time working local job locations. Every employee is nice and pleasant. They all work as a team and it shows throughout the whole facility and grounds. The nature of my job requires that I travel sometimes on short notice to the area. Cheyanne has been my go to Girl for getting me a room when they are sold out. She has called me back when there's a cancellation or a few times got me a room after a repair was made so I could stay the night. This means the World to me because my teenage son lives in Charles Town and I don't get to see him very often. Cheyanne knows this and is sympathetic when I call on short notice. This Hotel sells out quite often and is very close to multiple restaurants, a supermarket, Wal-Mart ,car-wash, Martinsburg Family Diner,( Which has Great Food and one of my Favorites , Harbor Freight Tools ). I stayed there last week hoping to see my son for a few hours that night. I hadn't seen him in months and as soon as I walked in the front door I was greeted with Jason's Beaming Smile who said , ( Hey Bud , how's it going ? ) I actually teared up. I haven't had a real home since 2015. This place is the closest thing to a real home I have had since 2015. I gave Jason a Big Ole Hug in front of everyone. He is like a Brother to me now. We have both experienced great losses in our lives in recent years due to Cancer. We lost loved ones a few years apart. Last week I was introduced by Jason to the Hotels General Manager , Ashley. I told her how I knew Jason and how it always feels like coming home when I walk through the door. She took the time to listen to my condensed life story since 2015. I expressed to her that I have often thought of moving to the area and applying to work maintenance at the hotel with Jason. She then told me they are building another building on the property. After discussing my experiences and past training and jobs she invited me to apply in they spring/summer. I am currently working a job I enjoy that is projected to be done around that time period. I would be able to see my son on a daily basis instead of a few times a year. We will see what the future brings but I would be Honored to work there. This property is very special. I have traveled the world over for 11 years and longer and this is Hands Down my favorite place to stay. I have had to stay elsewhere because they do sell out a lot but its never the same elsewhere. Not Even Close. To All the Employees at HOME2 SUITES in Martinsburg , WEST VIRGINIA. Thank You and God Bless you All. HARRY E HANSON JR

Being a diamond member I had a wonderful experience the lady at the front desk was very professional and pleasant I ended up leaving a necklace that had a lot of sentimental value the staff found it and returned it to management and they promptly sent back to me wanted to thank everyone involved in the process they get 5 stars for being honest and very professional

It was a little difficult find the location because it is behind the Walmart and Hobby Lobby stores. The hotel has plenty parking and outfront there is Fire pit. Which was nice and the Lobb is warm and inviting . There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. I loved the 2 beds room suite layout. I highly recommend and especially if you traveling with family.

What a breath of fresh air for this town. I travel here a lot but had never stayed at Home2 Suits. Perhaps staying at the Fairfield in Martinsburg set my bar really low, but I was shocked at how clean the rooms were here and how friendly and accommodating the staff were. From the moment you walk in this staff takes care of you. There is no comprising to the other Martinsburg hotels.

Our room overlooked the Walmart, but other than this being in a shopping area so there are no views, it was a great place to stay. All of the employees that we interacted with were nice, the room was clean and well set up. We went to the indoor pool and had a swim that was pleasant because there wasn’t the overwhelming reek of chlorine like we have had at other places with indoor pools. They also have a fire pit that some other guests were hanging around. If we are ever passing through again, we will stay here because it was really nice.

3 star hotel. 5 star experience!

Let's get to it...

First impressions were wonderful. The staff is very personable and helpful. Upon check-in for the weekend. I was offered some macadamia, cranberry, sugar cookies and good lord were they amazing. Doubletree definitely has a run for their money with that.

Also I got the traditional Hilton honors bag with water bottles. If I wanted additional bottles or apples they were avaliable at no extra change 24-7.

The hotel lobby was clean, elevators clean, rooms, clean, bathrooms clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was a but small but the water was hot.

The HDMI cord was missing from the t.v. and the front desk staff immediate came up to fix the issue.

I have no complaints about this property. Even with the construction happening right outside of my roo window. I definitely will return.

My first time staying at this hotel. My room was very clean and I had no issues during my stay. There’s a lot of places to eat within a mile and a lot of them you can walk to. Plenty of towels for my stay. There was also coin laundry ($2 for washer and $2 for dryer). Nice gym as well.

You have everything you need here, and if there is anything you need to get, Wal-Mart and other dining options are available just under a 5-minute drive away. The staff is also very friendly and hospitable.

Construction is happening right outside the hotel. It's not something that the hotel can control, but it is worth knowing if you are headed this way. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable!

I HIGHLY recommend this location! Super clean, super spacious rooms, super friendly staff AND, it's pet friendly and you wouldn't even know because they keep it so clean. The bed was cozy, the pillows were so comfortable, one was feather and the other 2 fo-feather. The Zero shampoo, conditioner and body wash was actually really nice! Looking to buy some for my home! Smells great! The breakfast was also good. Assorted omelets and breakfast bowls. Cereal, oatmeal, bagels, waffle maker fruits, milk, yogurt, coffee. The staff was wonderful. Pools open until 10. I have my new fave place to stay! Home2!
