Great selection. We come here all the time. This one lets you use the restroom, the one in Hagerstown no longer has open restroom for customers.

I love the variety of stuff you find in here for very decent prices. You get high end stuff for a fraction of what you could be paying. Staff is always super friendly as well.

Loved the amount of inventory at the Martinsburg location. I was able to complete the rest of my Holiday shopping at 5:30pm on Christmas Eve. The checkout line was a little long, which is absolutely expected! The 3 cashier's kept it moving and were very pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to go back and see what I can find😁

You can always go unto to Ross and find just the right item to complete any room in your home. Or just awesome piece to offset your outfit for that night out. Best of all the prices are affordable. Thus store never disappoints!

The customer service and front door guy are so patient and kind and polite here in Martinsburg, WV store. The lady that always does my returns is quick and easy and always pleasant.

Love this Ross Store! Most organized Ross I have seen in a while. They always have new styles that are trendy. Also brand items at cheaper costs. Love it here

The workers here are friendly! There are also a lot of good deals to choose from here. I bought a $79.00 watch for less than $30.00!

Clean and organized but to dressy for my taste. I most shop for stuff I can wear to work so Ross won’t work for me. I’ll stick to gabes and Walmart.
