OYO Hotel M Morgantown - WVU Area

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Was very pleased with my stay at Hotel M. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean bed and bathroom. Very good prices too. Made me feel very welcome and I highly recommend it. As for some of the complaints on some other reviews...."There were some scratches on the floor" was one review. These are your usual winny Karens that I try to avoid in life.

Great location, very friendly helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable, clean rooms. The owner(s) Sam and RuPal and front desk clerk Kimber and maintenance man helped my wife while I was in the hospital. The rain and weather was bad as our sun roof was jammed open and they personally gave her parking underneath carport. Thank you all so much.

This place is wonderful , the rooms are CLEAN and the owners are lovely people , I have been staying here for a while now and the owner is very helpful to whatever my needs are ! This hotel is convenient to those that need a place to go , it is also located right next to pizza als ! They also have multiple vending machines available to the guest . Hot showers , clean bed , a nice 55 inch tv ,and heating+A/C . I have posted photos below (yes my belongings are in here) the rooms are kept up to date and they are cheapest around the area .
Everyone here is so genuine and helpful , I definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs a place to go. Thank you Oyo Hotel Morgantown .

Fast and efficient check in and out. Very clean rooms. Quiet safe neighborhood. RuPal and Kimber helped with everything my husband and I needed. Sam was very helpful with accommodating our stay.

Stayed a week or two or three and loved the place ,clean,friendly folks roaming around, smart folk thatvn they got Kundalini pillow case , nice touch. Had a good stay nice n quiet.

This is actually my 3rd night in a weeks time and I just wanted to bring to attention that Chris and Amber r 2 employees and they were amazing when it came to me asking for clean towels and toilet paper in the middle of the night. Chris without hesitation brought the stuff back immediately. And our room was is amazing it was very clean kept the floors, beds, counters, etc. everything was very neat and tightly. When I asked housekeeping this morning I was told the house keeper Amber had cleaned the room. I was very pleased with my stay once again.

I have been both a guest and an employee of hotel m and I have had a wonderful experience in both areas. As a guest I always had a clean room and helpful staff for anything I ever needed and as an employee I was treated with respect and acceptance. Miss rupal naik was a wonderful supervisor n showed Me the proper way to complete my job n make sure the guests were always comfortable n that everything was consistent and done correctly. Her husband Sam is a very professional boss and is very passionate about the experience of the guests and employees alike. They care very much that they keep it family friendly n make everyone feel welcome

I recently stayed here for 10 days. The hotel manager Sam was extremely nice and very accommodating. The entire staff was pleasant, and the place was very quiet. The rooms were very well kept, and the linens and towels were fresh. I would highly recommend Hotel M to anyone passing thru the area, or just to simply get away for a weekend or so. Thank you Sam for everything. You and your entire staff was wonderful!

10/10 best hotel in town ! Sam the hotel manager is awesome. Most caring person I’ve come across since locating to Morgantown . He runs the hotel to perfection really makes sure his guest are taken care of . He has amazing staff , the rooms are huge ! And fully equipped with refrigerators and microwave , also very clean . I enjoy my stay here and will recommend anyone to come here . Really affordable and comfortable. You will love it !

I have been here at Hotel M for 3 weeks. It's very nice here, the rooms are clean, the routine services are impressive, the staff are polite and the most reasonable prices in the city. Rupal and Sam are very good at customer relationships.

I definitely recommend this place! Out of all the hotels/motels I have stayed at here in the Morgantown area Hotel M has hands down the nicest & most helpful staff. Literally, no matter what time it was if I needed anything at all they were happy to help.
The location is perfect .. you are basically in the middle of everything. Not far from town, plenty of fast food places or restaurants, the movie theater is just down the road along with all kinds of different stores (grocery & clothing stores).
The rooms are super CLEAN & reasonably priced! So whether you are looking for a short stay or extended stay you should definitely check out Hotel M first !

This must have been one of the biggest and nicest hotels in its day. They are doing a great job in hiring as there were 3 College age women staffing the office and all were working hard to welcome guests. The hotel’s amenities are mostly not operational (pool, conference facilities) and while the property has 6-8 building with rooms, I’d say only 2 had been renovated enough to receive guests. Still ample parking, front door parking, and the rooms you get are mainly all renovated. Fridge/microwave in room and they are happy to accommodate requests within reason. While it is not a place you brag about staying in, it is clean, well-staffed, and welcoming. I wish I had taken photos!

Mr. Sam was incredibly kind to us during our stay. The rooms are very clean and well kept. I highly recommend staying here for short term or long term stays you won’t regret it. Best customer service in Morgantown.

The staff is amazing. SAM at the front desk was super pleasant and we felt super welcomed. The rooms are really clean and the bed is comfy. If you need a hotel with great prices and great location stay here. No more to say. JUST STAY HERE!

I came up here from hours away to visit family member in NCCU at Hospital. After googling hotels we happen to see this one which is very close to hospital. We loved the location. It being around places to eat and gas stations. When getting here we met Sam which his professionalism and friendly greeting us was amazing. Wasn't expecting the nice warm atmosphere. Same went above and beyond to accommodate us here. For the price we paid we have a great room, very very clean and more then I expected. Oh the bed is so comfortable wishing I had one at my home. If you need something they are on it right away. All the staff there I've interacted with is amazing. Couldn't ask for better place to stay with nicer staff. And the rooms they have done are so great, like I said more then I expected. If you are looking for friendly, nice location and accommodating rooms this is your place. It's a gem in the rough I would so use everytime I come back here.

Sam at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bed and bedding seem new and are super comfortable. The furniture is classy and the entire room feels clean and cozy. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Morgantown area.
