Giant Eagle Supermarket

Stopped at the getgo because I needed gas. I suggest advantage pay for the savings, usually twenty to thirty cents off a gallon. Store has a good variety of premade foods. I’ve always liked everything I’ve tried. I used the self checkout, should’ve picked a better cashier. When putting my deviled eggs in the bag, they slipped, the container popped open and one escaped and had to be thrown away.

Awesome 👍 the best store I've been in with a wife variety of groceries, hot food, liquor and beer. Layout is great it's a really big store. They have live lobster, sushi and an array of seafood as well. Ahhh and the produce section has morels and many different things that other competitors do not have in the area it was our first time and we're so glad to have found this store we will return. Usually, they have better choices than other stores. It's big enough to have what you need, but not so big that you struggle to get through it. It's worth the extra money to not have to go to Wal-Mart. Also, you can use Google/Apple pay, which oddly Walmart does NOT have, so if you forget your purse at home like I did, you can just tap and go....Thanks again Giant Eagle.

I personally prefer Giant Eagle for groceries over Walmart, I just wish their prices weren't as high in comparison. Other than that, they have the things I need, employees are helpful/pleasant, and checking out is quick.

Love the bakery! They are great to work with and very nice. Plus, they have wonderful cakes.

First time in a Giant Eagle and immediately I am shocked there aren't more of these in WV. I love this place! I am originally from San Diego and this place reminds me of the stores I grew up shopping at. Clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic produce and meat sections and a very clean store. Just seems a cut above the rest. I plan on doing far more shopping here from now on.

The prices are comparable here with some other larger grocery stores. What I like the most about this place is the large selection. I often will find a new product to try. They also have some chairs and tables in the back to sit and have something from the Deli. There is also a private little liquor section located nearby to shop in. They have some live lobsters for the kids to look at too. Just a fun place to be.

This is an exceptional grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful (consistently every time I shop here). There are so many specialty items you won’t find at Kroger or Walmart. Their prices are excellent... especially for a college town. It is also the cleanest grocery store in West Virginia. I even frequently fill up in their gas station in front of the store as they have very good gas prices too. I will be shopping here for years to come.

Scott in the deli is awesome. He knows the products and he knows what his customers like. He’s very personable and enjoys interacting with people. He makes me and my husband feel like he’s known us forever.

I always have a great experience shopping grocery here. Very easy and convenient to find things that you need. The signs placement are great for easy navigation. Clean and well organized store.

Giant eagle in the University Town Center is a 10* if I've ever seen a 10* grocery chain! From the deli to the hot eats and the meat selection, I have never been in and not found everything I came in for and more! From early morning doughnuts, to late night snacks and drinks, I would drive all the way across town to this store!

So much better then Walmart!!! I love the pickup..so much easier and they either call or text you if something is out of stock which is rare...unlike walmart...so ya pay alittle more...I'd rather pay more then deal with the headache that comes with walmart...ty giant eagle!!!

This store is fantastic. They have the freshest produce around. The pharmacy is very helpful if you have any questions. There is also a drive thru for the pharmacy.
