Red Roof Inn Martinsburg

Great place really nice staff. People saying it’s dirty are picky. It’s very clean. Just maybe some bad drywall patches in the hallways that’s really it. Floors are spotless. I can walk around barefoot and not have to brush my feet off before getting in bed lol. For the price you know you’re getting the basics and the basics here are consistent for each one I’ve been to. It’s free to be a red roof plus member which saves like 15% on the price. plus you build points and I travel a lot so you get free stuff. They accept pets for free too so nobody really beats them for what I need. This specific location was great. I was walking my dog down the street and she was attacked by a pit bull that some guy had (this wasn’t at the hotel) but I was able to wrestle him off eventually and thankfully my dog was unharmed. My hand was chewed up descent though and this place was the first place I ran once I got her away. As soon as I came in staff members jumped up and grabbed rags , bandaids, and water for my dog. One of them had experience as a vet tech and helped check my dog out for me while I cleaned myself up. Just good people. While my dog was being attacked several other people nearby just stood there and watched as I screamed for help. She’s lucky to be alive and okay. I’m very thankful to the ladies that helped me out when I came in the door.

Clean, friendly. Room was clean and as expected. Mildly outdated but didn’t make it inconvenient. Front desk staff was very friendly, upgraded my room and made my stay cheaper than what is was when booked. Definitely not bad for a long weekend.

I find it hilarious ppl pay $75 or less for a room then complain about the mattresses being stained 😂. You literally looked for the cheapest room you could find. then get on the Internet and complain 😂😂😂 for the price this place is not bad at all . And for the ppl that NEVER leave a tip for the ppl that clean the room. Stop crying and sweep the floor 😭😂

Rooms haven't carpet, that's strange . But the employees were supernie and minded their own business, not uncomfortably in everyones face, took care of needs, Fresh morning coffee, appliances included in room, windows actually open :)

I checked I'm and had a very warm quick and friendly welcoming from Holly. I've been here for a few days, during my stay I've meet some wonderful folks. Cassandra has always been very helpful and polite. I will definitely recommend and as well will very a repeat guest . Clean rooms. This hotel is definitely a must see for yourself .

The beds are so comfortable!! Better night sleep here than I got at a holiday in that was twice as much money... Refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful 😊

I have been staying here with my family since May when my family became homeless. Holly the Manager, is soo nice. Very respectful. Cassie and Brittany are always saying hi or good afternoon. Depending on the time of day you see them. And they allow pets. No fees. Check them out when traveling through!

The rooms were reasonably priced and kept very clean. Staff was friendly and supportive. Property location is really nice. The owner has upgraded the entire motel and changed everything recently. The furniture, bed, everything is brand new. Enjoyed free breakfast. It was such a comfortable stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

What was there not to love about this place I stayed here recently and omg I was blown away the room was cute the bed was sooooo comfortable the water pressure in that shower though is on a whole new level and the staff were sooo sweet to me the whole time I will be staying here again in the future I highly recommend red roof inn in martinsburg

Very Clean and Comfortable Room. The staff members are nice. The owner has upgraded the entire motel and changed everything recently. The furniture, bed, everything is brand new. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Love the location on my way to upstate NY. Very close to 81 exit, lots of bars and eateries near by. Property is clean and pet friendly. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Also heard they are doing Major renovations in coming months

The woman working the counter over the holidays is legitimately one of the nicest most professional person ever...she made myself and my children feel more than welcome...the rooms were very neat and clean...TOP NOTCH SERVICE 5 STARS

Staff is friendly, the renovations are coming along great. Free WiFi and breakfast, also some good mountain views when the weather cooperates..

Everything was great and the service was excellent. Stores and great food was with in walking distance.
