I myself am a patient at this pharmacy. My first few encounters were over the phone with a couple of staff members. My experience so far has been great. When your call is answered, your questions/concerns will also be. I have used the same pharmacy for years and was nervous about switching, but I'm glad I did!

This pharmacy refused to sell me controlled substances unless I get all my prescriptions from them.

Had surgery twice in 48 hrs at the Berkeley, needed meds on discharged that required some leg work from pharmacy to get filled, insurance.
After two calls and Dr. Intervention the meds were filled first time. The second surgery the pharmacy didn't want my headaches and flatly refused service, though I had a Dr. Written Rx and a phone call had already been done. Kelly Jennings says she is the manager and can refuse service.Poor service
