My husband and I joined this gym after trying multiple others. The biggest difference between this gym and others is the one on one treatment you get from staff to develop a workout program that works for you. They program your workout and give you a key that you put into the machines that tells you all of your settings and counts your reps. The technology is great and helps keep you on track as you go through your workout. At the end of your workout you can view your progress at the gym or from their app. If you want to change things up the staff is always right there to assist you. It definitely makes you feel like they are doing their best to make sure that you can reach all your goals and get healthy in the process. Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed my workout experience! The trainers are excellent and really listen to your needs and wants. They have tailored a plan that will help me accomplish my goals in a realistic manner!

Very friendly and patient trainers, clean facilities, pool is small but has many tools to give you the same workout as an Olympic sized pool.

Quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Where people go to get into shape and exercise not a style show. Come as you may and wear what is comfortable.
