Chili's Grill & Bar

I had the opportunity to go with my wife and children and the food was excellent, and the service was super stellar!! The young man who served us told us he was new, but he treated us wonderfully. I'm sorry I don't remember his name.

Thank you Tiffany for the great service. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our lunch. The food was fresh and delicious and came fast. The margaritas was better everytime we ordered it. And just overall we had a good time. We ordered the fajitas and the ribeye steak. Good good good and everything came out super fast and our waitress was nice. Love it.

Great food and awesome service provided by our waiter. Food was delicious, and our waiter was always asking if we needed refills of beverages and chips/salsa. Great family gathering restaurant.

Their food was excellent. Service was slow even though the restaurant was nearly empty at 2 in the afternoon. (Food coming out.) However, our waiter was very attentive. Overall, it was a great experience.

This Chili’s restaurant located in Martinsburg West Virginia was one of the best that I have been to. Now we know that since they are a chain of restaurants you would think that they are all alike, but not they’re not. This Chili’s in particular had the manager greeting you as you come in the door which is not very common on any restaurant that you walk in. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Also it was the fastest one that I have been to have your plate at the table once you have done your order. Overall it was a great experience and my family and I would definitely will be back to this Chili’s.

We had such a chill waiter who let us change our orders multiple times. He was super patient. It was a great environment and fantastic food. This place is great for traveling

Ordered two burgers with fries from the 3 for Me list. The chips and salsa and baked potato soup were good. The burgers were large and delicious. Got 2 drinks and 2 pieces of cheesecake for around $30. 🍔🍟🍰

Very sweet young lady brought out our food. Very polite, I believe her name was kyra. Excellent job. Will definitely be back. Wonderful place to eat.

The service is outstanding! We came in around shift changes and the person who took care of us was very attentive and was taking care of everyone inside and outside.

The food is amazing like always if you haven't tried the egg rolls do it now it's so delicious with the sauce it comes with and also the chili is a must try it's really good for anyone who goes here I will always come here.

We have a toddler at home so my fiance and I don't get to go out very often. We got a sitter for the night and came to Chili's it was an amazing experience. The staff was great, our waitress was very attentive and very nice. The price point was amazing also. And the drinks were great and very much needed 😊 can't wait to return!!

My husband had one of the best steak philly subs he has ever had and he was impressed with how hot the sandwich was when he received it. I had the Chicken Mex Bowl and I would get it again in a heartbeat. Our server was very personable and gave us great service. The atmosphere is typical of any chain restaurant.
