Hampton Inn & Suites West Morgantown University Towne Centre

A no drama hotel. Everyone here is great and helpful. Shout out to Lacy for her taking the time to help my stay easy! Ty so much to all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Morgantown, and let me tell you, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat.

First of all, let's talk about the pet-friendly policy. As a proud pet owner, finding accommodations that welcome furry companions is always a priority. The Hampton Inn and Suites in Morgantown not only allowed pets but also went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. They provided all the necessary amenities and even had designated areas for pet exercise. It was heartwarming to see how well they catered to our four-legged friends.

Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. It was simply beautiful. The design and decor were elegant and tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. It was a pleasure to come back to such a comfortable and cozy space after a day of exploring the town.

Speaking of the town, Morgantown itself is a gem. With its picturesque landscapes and charming streets, it's no wonder people fall in love with this place. The Hampton Inn and Suites is located in a prime spot, allowing easy access to the town's attractions and activities. Whether you're exploring the local shops, dining at delicious restaurants, or enjoying outdoor adventures, everything is within reach.

The staff at the Hampton Inn and Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home and added an extra layer of comfort to my overall experience.

In summary, I can confidently say that my stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Morgantown was nothing short of a 5-star experience. From the pet-friendly policy to the beautiful hotel and great location, everything exceeded my expectations. Add to that the friendly and accommodating staff, and you have a recipe for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morgantown.

May be only rated as a 2 star, but this is a very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. There may not be a restaurant or bar here, but that's ok, there are plenty nearby. Very nice outdoor patio for a group get together. My only complaint, is that the outlets by the bed did not work. Plug something in and it just falls out. But then again, I see that everywhere.

We have stayed here twice and both times it was very enjoyable. The room was very clean with no issues.

Staff is absolutely lovely! Mike and an awesome gal named Molly were on point! Very helpful!! Thank you both!!.

Rooms are the standard Hampton, clean, nothing to stir about..

Location is decent as there are many restaurants and shops near by..

Easy access off I-79. Fresh renovations. Large bedroom rooms with great bathrooms & showers. Really nice Breakfast in a modern lobby area. 👍👍

We stayed during the Summer Mayhem 16U Softball Tournament. Less than 10 minutes from the fields. TONS to do around the hotel. Green Turtle down the road. Definitely recommend!!

Hard to get out of the driveway, was pretty packed when we stayed here but overall a good experience as always

I highly recommend the Hampton Inn. The staff is friendly and amazing! I have stayed about 20 separate nights here in the past 3 months. The rooms are extremely nice and so cleaned.

The indoor pool closes at 10pm and the gym available with the fully staffed equipment. The morning breakfast is Hot and with Ample choices! It's Free! It's included!!

Location right off the interstate near tons of shopping locations & restaurant options!!! Also close to Giant Eagle, Wal-Mart, WVU Baseball Stadium, WVU Medical offices, Sam's Warehouse, Regal Theater, Target, Petco and many MANY MANY more locations!!

Today Terrie Clay-metzger and I stayed at the Hampton Inn at University near the baseball field. This is a very lovely hotel. I'm very pleased with it. I was on 4th floor and Terrie was on first floor. Better for her to go out and smoke!

The rooms are so big and comfortable. I had a king suite. There is an indoor pool with gym, outside lounge area and free breakfast.

Couldn't have been better. Stayed here from June 27-30, 2022. Beds were comfy, room was clean and the surrounding area was safe with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops nearby. The staff put me in a room on the top floor which not only provided me an excellent view of I-79 and the beautiful countryside, but also prevented much of the noise from lower levels affecting my ability to sleep. The walls were virtually soundproof which was quite nice.

Wasn't able to check out the pool due to time constraints and only had breakfast one of my three days, but I was satisfied regardless.

Would highly recommend this hotel if in the area. Keep up the great work, Hampton Inn & Suites University Town Centre.

Get people, great service, and great rooms. If you're looking for a place to spend the night when your passing through or just visiting I recommend trying the place. Honestly one of the best I've stayed at in a while. Clean rooms, access to pool and gym, and within walking distance to a bunch of great stores. I give these ppl credit. Keep up the great work. 👍

Stopped at the Hampton Inn last night after a long, long day of driving. It was 5-stars from check-in to check-out. The staff that greeted me made sure we had everything we needed. We needed a cot delivered and it was at our room moments after check-in. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Definitely one of the best Hilton brand hotels I have stayed at.

Have stayed here many times. On this last stay the computer system had gone down just before we arrived. The staff did a fantastic job triaging the situation. Several guests were checked in manually... They could not make keys and had to personally escort guest to rooms to unlock the doors. Biggest downside was being unable to leave the room since we didn't have a key. Would be nice to get a discounted future stay for the inconvenience.

From our stay, our room looked like it was recently refreshed / updated. Tub removed and replaced with modern glass walk in shower stall, engineered hardwood floors throughout the room, and furniture refreshed. Breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. Hampton Inn is always our first choice when travelling throughout North America.

Room was ready with key activated before we arrived. Straight to the room via elevator. Some people wear masks some don't. We kept masks on inside the elevator. The hotel is very busy and full. Nearby fast food restaurants were busy with takeout drive through. Room is large and clean.

Great stay during our travels. We absolutely loved and appreciated the self serve cooler where you can buy assorted beer or seltzers. The outdoor fire pit was amazing. Seriously enjoyed the evening, far more than we would have anywhere else

New, very clean hotel. My room was great, and the people who checked me in were great - very courteous. The workout room was really great too. It always bums me out when the workout room sucks. The equipment here was nice and new and there were 2 tv's if you needed that. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton in Morgantown had the most clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very delicious and had variety. Front desk staff was helpful, warm and welcoming. I would stay at this location again just to stay. Location close to many restaurants, an aquatic center, track, WVU and shopping centers. It is seconds from interstate I-79. Lots of new businesses being built nearby.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night ( I was there about 10 hours) while driving back east from the Midwest. My plan worked out great as a bad snow storm was hitting the entire north east at the time. I got in around 7, was warmly greeted and quickly checked in. My room was very impressive. I know this is a new location, but the condition of everything shows the staff is taking care of it well. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean, and overall the hotel was in great shape. From start to end, the staff was very nice and friendly. I actually liked everything about Morgantown in my brief, snowy stay there.
