Front desk associates were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet night and enjoyed a good breakfast.

Had a wonderful experience in a clean hotel. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was wonderful. Even though the walls were not very sound absorbing, we will definitely be back.

Very clean and well kept. By a lot of restaurants but the pool is not heated.

The young lady at the front desk is a truly good hearted person. Nice comfortable hotel.

Difficult to find off roadway. No signs except for small one at the bottom of board listing shops in front.

Ok, I sitting here at the hotel lobby right now eating the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. There is even the most perfectly cooked bacon! And French vanilla creamer! And fresh cinnamon rolls! A wonderful woman is cooking and keeping things clean and food fresh.

Front desk staff was awesome last night when I came in last minute and great this morning too.

The place has no renovations going on anymore but has that fresh carpet, clean smell. Everything is new and clean. The room was spotless, everything looked new and bed sooo comfy.

Seriously everyone, I’d rather sleep in my car then at a hotel usually. And I have left hotels many times cause I’ve been grossed out.

If I could give more stars I would. Good job at this location! Amazing! I’m so happy.

Electric went out an was a bit of an inconvenience. Thought we'd get a discount but didn't not a deal breaker tiny disappointed. That said the employee's were extremely exceptional. Went to every room to check on us. Very knowledgeable on places to eat. We were just gonna get something right by us but obviously couldn't. Up front an honest about the expected time on the power. Btw went out at 5 back on at 10. Just nice as can be.

2nd time that I stayed here in 2 years, I'd stay here again. Emmanuel at the front desk was very nice. Rooms are clean everything works. The pool is actually refreshing because it's not so hot it feels like a bathtub. They have a nice fitness center also. I'm going to say my favorite selling point about this place has to do with the breakfast offered they have an automatic pancake machine you press a button and it makes 2 near perfect pancakes.

Our family of 5 had an unexpected stay at the hotel and couldn’t be happier. The front desk staff, breakfast attendant and housekeeping were beyond excellent. The manager, Michael, was professional and took pride in the hotel. Breakfast was full of choices and delicious. Our room was clean and there was a pool and hot tub. We HIGHLY recommend

This chain is pretty much cookie cutter. Clean rooms in the middle of a strip mall on the interstate off ramp.

A great majority of HIE are standardized, allowing me to know what to expect. This location is great. Clean, crisp rooms. Very convenient to at least 5 restaurants (walking). Overall great experience.

My mother and I were out of town due to her having a procedure done at WVU Hospital. The stay at the hotel was fantastic! The hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the hotel was very well managed & cleaned.

Our room was clean and there was no issues, and the pool & hot tub were extremely nice & clean. We honestly had a nice get-a-way for one night before her procedure. There was Outback across the street and the food was awesome too!

Breakfast the next morning was amazing! There was a huge selection and the server who stocked all the breakfast items was super nice & was definitely a morning person. She was always smiling!

Overall, the place was great & if you are looking for a nice, decent place to stay or just get-a-way, then this hotel was wonderful!

We were driving through and chose this hotel based on proximity to interstate and we couldn't have made a better choice. Very friendly front desk man, nice pool/hot tub that was open 7am-11pm and a great hot breakfast. The room was spacious with comfy beds and pillows. Price was reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night on a very busy weekend. Although the morning breakfast Cree seemed to struggle with keeping up with demand, it was still good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about local events and the area. We will definitely be back!

Wow, we stopped on the way to Virginia after a trip to Ohio and I have to say that despite the remodeling going on at the hotel, everything was excellent. The room was honestly enormous and the staff was very friendly.

Nice clean room and friendly desk service. Hot breakfast bar was clean and well tended. Would've liked the option of plain scrambled eggs instead of only the warm but not hot, reheated from frozen storage, "omelettes" at thew breakfast bar.

The staff, especially Arthur, was so nice and helpful. I was staying in hotel while a family member had surgery at a local hospital Mon General. It was perfect location for that. They gave us a discount for a hospital related stay and let me have a late check out 2 days in a row giving me time to see if the Dr was releasing my family member or not that day or if I was staying another night. My only complaint was that the tv didn't have very many chanel's but I can live with that since wifi was free. Would definitely stay here again.
