Immediate response on Memorial Day weekend. Came fully equipped to replace my well pump which luckily we did not have to do.
Completely impressed with all aspects of the engagement. He has an emergency selection on his voicemail and he called back in about 3 minutes. Big bonus is that he is very friendly !

Rob always responds same day to your requests and most times can schedule for next day service. Always prompt, friendly, reliable, and he knows his stuff! You can ask him questions and he is happy to explain, even for someone like me who know little. He services our well pump, water filtration system, as well as our water heater.

We recently bought a home in Newtown and had a leaking drain under or kitchen sink that needed urgent attention. Rob Rozz sent Kyle out the next day. Kyle was great. A nice guy and he quickly replaced our drainpipes and trap. The price was reasonable. We will use Rob Rozz again.

I had a niagara falls coming from the upstairs bathroom all the way down to the basement. Called Rob Rozz, pushed the button for "emergency" and got a call back within five minutes. Less than 20 minutes later the truck was in my driveway and the tech knew exactly what was causing the leak. He explained that it was an old pipe fitting in the wall behind the toilet, replaced it without damaging the tile and was nothing short of amazing. So happy with the experience. These guys are local and have been around for years and are experienced and courteous people- exactly what you want and need when you have any kind of plumbing trouble. They even install toilets and hook up sinks and showers.

The Rob Rozz team is always so incredibly helpful and kind. We've had two jobs for them in the past year. During both jobs Rob, Kyle, and the rest of the team have always been so great from start to finish. They spent so much time with us during one project where we had a leak, searching diligently to find and address the problem. Recently, once we moved back into our home, we needed appliance installation and they were able to come to our home within 48 hours to make sure we could use our kitchen. When they come to your home they feel like old friends, always working and chatting with you, asking how your family is and truly getting to know their customers. We woke up to no water. Called Rob and within 5 minutes he returned our call. One hour later he was at the house! Got the problem fixed and made plans for some other work we need to do but was extremely professional, explained everything, fixed the problem and was reasonable! Not many companies work on well pump issues but he does! Highly recommend Rob!!

Rob was absolutely fantastic! Very responsive. He came out to look at a clogged kitchen sink that another company had already snaked twice with no results and they were going to charge us again for a third snake. Rob was able to go in and locate what they missed twice - a washrag with zip ties that had been most likely used during a kitchen remodel and became dislodged. Highly recommend Rob and we will definitely use him again!

Absolutely amazing emergency care. I had a sudden plumbing issue and they sent somebody out within 30 minutes. Phone call within five minutes. I have had Rob to my house three times, and every time I’ve been treated with respect, immediate attention, and upmost professional, knowledgeable care.

Rob Rozz answered the phone for an after-hours emergency call, and helped solve my immediate need remotely. They then came and repaired and replaced my well tank, water filter and all of the old piping. The team did a great job.

Rob Rozz plumbing came out to my mobile home on 12-6-23 and within about 1hr fixed the leaking vent pipe within the ceiling of my laundry room at what i would consider a very reasonable cost and should also be noted that arrived in les then 24hrs from when i called the previous day. His secretary Ms Jane was very helpful with suggestions such as taking photos of the opened ceiling prior to there plumber Kyle coming to make the necessary repairs so that he would make sure to have the necessary equipment for the job. The above is why I would highly recommend Rob Rozz Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs or new installations.
