We have always used Rapid Dairy for our pool water needs, and have always had a perfect experience. At the start of winter, I called to ask about filling an ice rink in our backyard. 30x50' is no easy task. Mike came to the house, took pictures, did research, and came up with a plan. He checked in during that process with us to figure out the best way to embark on our new adventure. Mike also checked up on our project after the fill, and even had some ideas and tutorials about home-made zamboni machines. This is the type of company that feels like family. I'd never use anyone else for our water needs. Mike and Rapid Dairy: you made this ten year old hockey player the happiest kid on earth!

Mike is extremely professional and very kind! He not only works hard to fit everyone into his very busy schedule but he also gives great advice on maintaining perfect pool water. Not only was he the fastest service available but he was also the cheapest of everyone I contacted and the water quality is beautiful. He is also very thoughtful, I had to call him for another load this same year because a hose had popped off and drained my pool and he was thoughtful enough to fit me into his schedule quickly because he didn’t want the water still in the pool to go bad from being stagnant for too long. He’s just a really great guy, super nice and easy to talk to! Definitely go with this company for pool water delivery! Thanks again for everything Mike!

My husband and I would give 10 stars if we could. Mike was easy to deal with, professional and readily available from the start. He replied within an hour of our inquiry...on a Saturday night! He provided all details we needed, was transparent in all discussions and prices fairly. He showed up on the day he said he would and got the job done while also giving some great advice to novice pool owners. If you can't tell, we HIGHLY recommend Rapid Pool Water!

Mike at Rapid Pool Water filled our pool after a new liner was installed. He is very knowledgeable about swimming pools and pool water chemistry. He took time to explain ways to better maintain our pool and provides excellent service. He is thoughtful and professional. We will continue to use him for our pool water needs and would recommend him highly.

I had a new pool liner put in to start this season (2019). Although my pool company (Ticon) handled the arrangements for the water delivery, Mike and his dad were very professional and had the 24,000 gallons in the pool within a short time. With the weather being poor and a glitch with my skimmer, which needed to be replaced, there was no problem changing the date of the water delivery. Mike even gave me some good suggestions about chemical use for the new liner. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I called today June 2018 and spoke with the owner who was beyond pleasant and had great rates he offered to have it done as soon as possible which turned out to be a hour after I called. The service tech name was Mike and he was BEYOND AMAZING. His customer service was impeccable which is hard to find nowadays he was knowledgeable and willing to go over and beyond. Very fast service and helpful with answering my questions about my pool. He even told me what I could do during the off season I would recommend this company to anyone. Great prices and amazing people. We will definitely be using them every year moving forward.

Ken and his son were so professional and truly a pleasure to work with. We had a few hiccups with our pool installation, but Ken worked with us over the course of a few days; he was flexible and efficient despite a very busy schedule. He truly delivered, and the name suites their intentions- water delivery was rapid; within 25 minutes of our request! I highly recommend Rapid Dairy!

Ken & Mike are the best of the best. Their pool water delivery along with Memorial Day start the summer season, for us.

These guys came out to fill up my pool and they did an amazing job. Great guy, taught me a bunch of tricks with keeping the pool in good shape that will help a bunch. Filled it up fast and at a great price!

Ken was awesome! I was in a rush to get my pool filled and ready so that I could get my house on the market. He got me all set up within a few days, made it up my crazy steep curvy driveway without damaging a single plant and was a pleasure to deal with all the way around! Highly recommend...ignore that bad review, they are a great local business!

Rapid Dairy has been filling our pool for years. Last year I called in the morning & they came that afternoon- they really live up to the name! Family run, very friendly with great prices.
