Dan from Durable Roofing helped me get my hail, damaged roof replaced through my insurance company. They were easy to work with, hassle free, did all the legwork and did a great job.

Had our siding replaced in November, and it looks amazing. Dan was awesome from start to finish and handled everything. The crew was fast and cleaned the exterior up nicely. Highly recommend for insurance claims or home improvement!

Where do I begin? First of all, Durable has themselves an absolute saint with Dan Dobrenick as their Sales Director! Dan has been one of the most pleasant people I have ever done business with! I had my roof, siding, gutters, and two bay windows replaced through Durable. It was a 6 month project and Dan was there every step of the way, available to answer all of my questions, even on weekends.

If you're like me, you avoid discussing insurance policies at all costs. Dan was the middle man and did all the heavy lifting with my insurance company all while making sure I understood and agreed to what he was doing with them. My insurance company was particularly difficult to deal with but Dan was sure to follow up with them - sometimes several times a day - to keep my project moving along.

On the day my roof was being replaced, Dan stopped by early in the morning to check on the crew and run through the timeline of the day with me. When my siding was replaced, he stopped by multiple times throughout the 2 day project to make sure everything was running on schedule. Dan's boss, Brian came to the house to measure the replacement bay windows twice and he installed the gutters with his helper. Brian is also an awesome person I was happy to have working on my projects. I always knew what to expect with Brian and Dan around.

We have had a couple of nasty rain storms since the roof was replaced and there are no leaks.

Each crew showed up on time and worked late. After every project, the crews did a good job making sure no mess was left behind: nails were picked up, scrap was discarded. We have had a few minor things that were overlooked (a screen was missing from one of the windows, a crew member installed one of our outside lights incorrectly) and Dan has been quick to fix it all.

I highly recommend Dan, Brian, and their team to anyone looking to give the exterior of their house a facelift. These guys are honest, sincere people. We are overjoyed with the outside of our house and we get compliments from neighbors ALL. THE. TIME. You won't regret hiring Durable Roofing!

Brian Kick and his team did a fantastic job on my roof. His design advisors(Deanna) helped select the perfect combination for my brick and soffet color. He advised to have a full house vent along entire roof to help cool attic and prolong life of shingles. Great call! I no longer melt candles in my attic. Timely, great clean up on ground after job, there was clear communication when additional trouble was found that needed attention. Highly recommend this company and their quote will not break your bank.

Dan Dobrenick came to our house at our convenience, described what would be done, the specific materials to be used and the workmanship to be performed. He reviewed the estimate in detail, and it was fulfilled as promised. Polo ran the job in the specified time frame. He, and the whole crew were courteous and professional. Dan, and whole Durable team, took care of everything from start to finish, including village permits, and cleanup. I highly recommend Durable and the value they provide.

Dan is fair, honest, and spot on. The installers did a great job. Everything was cleaned up and the roof looks great. Dan really watches out for his customers to make sure they understand everything from the insurance to the installation.Good job guys!

We had Durable out in February to fix some wind damaged fascia, they showed up quick and got the repair done fast. We also just had 7 windows installed in the front of our house. They are great quality AllSide windows which are the same as the back side of the house, installed by the previous owner. The install went fast, one day for all 7. They made sure they used foam to seal the new windows, our old windows didn't have anything sealing them. It's been over a week and I still can't find anything wrong/negative to report. Thanks Durable for coming through for us!

I would highly recommend this company for your gutter and roofing needs. The three guys who came out and completed the work were very professional and kept me up to date as they progressed. I'm totally satisfied with the end result.

I had two separate claims stemming from storm damage. Working with the insurance company was very confusing... Enter Dan Dobrenick and the rest of the team at Durable Roofing and everything was smooth sailing for the roof. That’s because they out source the roofing to other crews.

The problems started with the gutters. I paid Durable for their largest and strongest gutters. And they did a terrible job! They initially sagged and leaked and had to come back out to fixed them. They admitted that they were attached incorrectly.

This “fix” did not solve the leaking gutters and I called Durable back and let them know. It was just in late fall that I called and they never got back to me. I called again (multiple times) in early spring and received no call backs. Finally, I left a message threatening legal action and I got a call back. The owner, Brian, tried to say that the leaking is due to “ice damning”.

The leaking occurred before the first frost of the year and I have video showing it with green tree leaves. Brian and Durable refused to fix the problem. Remember the leaking you see is due to poor installation and durable refused to correctly install the gutter. Choose your contractors wisely.
